The woman who took my call was very kind and sympathetic to my situation. She was able to get a tech out that evening. John provided a temp fix for hopefully a few days till I could replace. The price for that last minute call, an hour or so to show up, temp fix, etc. all on a Fri eve before a holiday, are you kidding me. Very low fee. I was shocked and very happy.
