Called on a cold Friday afternoon because my furnace was giving suspicious sounds and smells. I reached an actual employee, not an answering service that would forward a request, and he found a way to fit in an after normal hours visit that same evening to check things out. John and Joseph were great with updates of arrival time and very professional and thorough while inspecting my furnace which (of course) didn't display anything abnormal while they were here. They ended up doing a full maintenance of the furnace as part of checking all the components to make sure the suspicious signs wouldn't return (they haven't), and considering it was a last minute evening emergency...read full review
I-HVAC was prompt, and professional. They explained the issue, repaired it, and provided suggestions on changes we could make to help prevent the problem in the future. There was no sales pressure, just sound advice.
