Needed same day service on a Sunday and was the only place that I could get an appointment for same day without it being overpriced. The service was fast and I was very happy with the work. Would recommend and use again.
I've called upon AVS twice now. The first was over the summer when my outdoor unit failed. I had reached out to a larger company first and was told I needed a new indoor and outdoor unit, which would cost $16k. I then contacted AVS for a second opinion. They were responsive to my call, listened to the situation, and arrived within 2 hours of the call to diagnose the issue. They were able to determine a part failed, had the part on their truck, and replaced it for about $400. Mre recently, I had a separate issue on my indoor issue. We called needing last minute help with our upstairs furnace. The two gentlemen who showed up were wonderful. They diagnosed the problem right away and explained things simply for me. They were honest and gave my husband great advice on how to remedy the problem.
