After one other contractor visit, Amesl and Imran came and initially identified and addressed the water heater issue the same day, which I appreciated.
However, I am continuing to experience inconsistent hot water in the unit, specifically in the master bathroom, while other fixtures have hot water. I have notified management and am awaiting further evaluation and resolution.
Updating for accuracy and ongoing status.
We had a gas leak in the Heater unit. We called them in an emergency. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was reasonable. They came after business hours at no extra cost.
