Argent Heating Cooling and Plumbing

Argent Heating Cooling and Plumbing is a professional and reputable company. They are reliable and on time for preventative maintenance for heating and air conditions. The service technicians are exceptionally informative and provide multiple options without pressure. They are honest and helpful, and the cost is reasonable. One customer used their service for more than 10 years and trusts them. Another customer was satisfied with their work and called right away when water was leaking through the ceiling. The tech diagnosed the problem, replaced one part on hand, and ordered another. He returned the next day to install the back-up shut off mechanism, and things are working smoothly with peace of mind from the extra overflow shut off protection. Excellent customer service was provided, with a visit on a Tuesday evening on short notice for an assessment and a return the next morning. One service agent was knowledgeable and fixed a thermostat problem in 30 minutes. Another technician fixed the problem and explained everything as he went. The company is highly recommended.
