“Our AC blower motor broke and needed to be replaced, but the manufacturer had discontinued the part. Within a day Mohamed had tracked down a compatible part that would work, drove 2 hours round trip to the warehouse to get it same-day, and came by that same afternoon to do the install. Service was fast, efficient, and communication was excellent. We had working AC again quickly thanks to Mohamed. Pricing was fair and beat out at least one other company I consulted. “Company was very responsive, and techs were professional. During the initial visit they assesed all my vents and provided what i considered a reasonable and honest plan and estimate. On day of service team was on time and professional. They took care not to damage anything, cleaned as they went, and ensured all was in order when they left. They updated me on any cost adjustments prior to initiating any phase of work based on more detailed assessment. Highly recommend for air and dryer vent cleaning. Not sure how many crews they have but Elor and Abi were great. PS.. if you havent had dryer vents cleaned… you should!“

“I highly recommend McMurray's Heating & A/C. On a very hot DC summer day, my mother’s A/C unit(s) stopped working. We knew we needed someone good to figure out what was going on. Ryan came the same day we called, and spent the time on the roof and in our crawl space to understand what needed repair. We had some electrical problems, so they sent an electrician the next day. Mr. McMurray kept in touch by text and calls. We found Ryan to be a very good and thorough diagnostician and explained to us what he found. He did excellent work. and, we felt happy to have such good help.“

We had an issue with our tankless water heater because it was not powerful enough to provide consistent hot water to the upper floor of our home. “Troy did an excellent job from start to finish with diagnosing and fixing our AC when it wouldn’t turn on. I was able to reach him immediately with a phone call and he arrived at our home within a couple hours. He thoroughly examined our thermostat wiring and the machinery in our utility closet (and was also ready to climb thirty feet to the AC unit on the roof if needed) to determine that the fault lay with the thermostat itself. He had a new thermostat ready in his truck and installed it within minutes.
