“My old water heater finally gave out this past Sunday right before President's day. I originally called a different company but still have not heard back (thumbs down). Zone Control responded promptly and send techs on Monday to install a new one. The service was phenomenal. The technicians were courteous and professional. They were meticulous about ensuring everything was kept in order and clean. The install was perfect and they even took care of some other leaky valves that were identified during the install. Techs had my hot water running by evening and owner came back to inspect on Tuesday to make sure all was done to his satisfaction. Would highly recommend them. “Matt and Jessie installed a new air conditioning system for my house. They were very professional and personable. They arrived on time and laid out protective floor covering over all of the areas they would be traversing, including a flight of stairs. They efficiently de-installed and removed the old system. This was not the easiest of tasks because the air handler is in the attic, accessible only by a set of pull-down stairs. The new system was methodically and capably installed with a minimum of noise or disruption of the work areas. Upon finishing the installation, they demonstrated the use of the new thermostat. The whole process only took about four hours. They ensured the system worked as expected, the work areas were clean, and any questions we had were answered before they left. I couldn't have asked for better service! This followed equally impressive dealings with ACE when we initially reached out for an estimate and worked with them to finalize the contract.“

As a first time homeowner, I knew literally nothing about HVAC systems and I appreciated that Jack took the time to explain the options to me and spent the time to provide a thorough estimate. He never tried to up-sell me on anything. When we approved the quote, they were able to schedule installation in less than a week. The installation techs were very respectful of my home, completed the work as quickly and quietly as they could (as I work from home), and explained the system to me after they installed it. We had an issue with our circuit breaker so the first night the system shut off, but they had someone out first thing the next morning within 30 minutes of when we called them to fix it and were able to fix the electrical issue within a few hours. Highly recommend this company!“

“Our water pressure valve gave out on Super Bowl Sunday, causing major flooding in our basement. Needless to say, it was a stressful time, and trying to schedule with plumbers wasn't easy. Most businesses I contacted told me they would need to send out a technician to diagnose the issue before they could even give me a rough quote. Fortunately, Terry Home Repairs came in with the best flat quote for replacing the valve by far.Mr. Terry showed up at exactly the agreed upon time--which is not something I can say for other contractors--and promptly went to work.
