Technician Jason was excellent. He fixed my humidifier and saved me some money and came back next day, earlier than expected, to install air purifier which I really need. Also answered thoroughly all my questions. Highly recommend him! I will ask for him for my future service visits.
Had to have a circuit upgraded from 45amp to 60amp to support a replacement oven in our home. The work required adding a new line from the panel box to the kitchen - two different floors and the full length of the house. Nugent & Sons expedited the work to allow us to get the oven installed the night before Thanksgiving and only had to punch one small hole to run the line. Work was professional with complete cleanup following the installation. Nugent is our “go to” company for all things HVAC and electrical. Highest possible recommendation.
I called because my AC unit was not functioning. The problem was found quickly and fixed quickly -all for the price quoted for the minimum cost of a house visit. The service agent was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. He offered options for the future - from replacing the motor to replacing the entire unit. He did not try to sell anything to me that I did not need. I believe that they are honest, and I would definitely use John Nugent & Son again!
