I dealt with Ray. From the first call Ray was upfront with the process, costs, and time frame. He arrived the following day and assessed the issue quickly. He found the issue and called with what the cost of repairs would be. New parts were installed and given a 1yr parts warranty too! Overall, Ray and his team was the perfect choice and will be the choice for future issues too.
