Alex Capozio demonstrated clarity, professionalism, and efficiency from the initial estimate to the replacement of our aging, leaking water heater. Alex is a true professional! He has fixed my leaky furnace to prolong its life and repaired a complicated Grohe shower system. He's also done a furnace inspection on my 2nd system and restarted my gas fireplaces. He's extremely knowledgeble, reliable and his prices are very competitive.
Our furnace went out and Alex was on-site within hours in the middle of a cold snap. Quickly assessed the scope of the project and presented options. Furnace replaced and heat timely restored as promised. Can't ask for more. Fine work - much appreciated!
