“My A/C went out on a Saturday and I chose to wait until after the weekend for a technician. Silvio Guerrero arrived Tuesday afternoon. I was hoping it would be a simple fix, but it turned out to be not so simple. Silvio took the time to diagnose the problem. The result: the refrigerant was very low, caused by a leaking coil. He advised that I get the coil replaced while it’s still under warranty. He was very sympathetic and most helpful. “Recently needed to have a new HVAC system installed. I got multiple quotes from companies and decided to go with Mann-In based on neighbors reviews and my research. The salesman Aaron was top notch. Very response to any questions I had and the quote was very detailed. He was the only one that stated I need to have a new liquid line installed because my current one was too small. I’m coming off R-22 system. From what I gather yes the one I had would have technically worked but it was recommended to upgrade. The install crew that came was exceptional. They were on time and each was very knowledgeable and polite. They took the time to do a nice install and it shows. So glad I chose this company for my install. Highly recommend Mann-In for HVAC.“

“I am a business owner of a childcare center in Washington DC. We have 48 kiddos in our care. HVAC issues are something we all experience, and it is something we think should be resolved right away. It doesn’t happen that way. We tried to work with a few different companies, and NONE of them were as quick to respond as HAVA Tech. They are reasonably priced, super quick to arrive, and to fix the issue.
I can’t describe how blessed I feel to have them as our HVAC specialists; from installing the units, to troubleshooting, fixing the issues, and maintaining our units.
I also have a few rental properties, for which I use HAVA tech I have never had any issues with communication, and a quick service; crucial factor in the age of wanting to have everything done, and fixed right away.

“They got the job done. It took them 3 trips, but it was a warranty repair so I was ok with that. The techs were professional and knowledgeable. One star taken away because when I talked to the scheduler, about the issue with my attic furnace, I told him that it appeared the ignitor was bad and I gave him the furnace make and model number and requested he pass the info to the tech coming to repair the furnace so he has the correct ignitor. He assured me they have plenty of ignitors. Well, you can guess what happened... yup, he did not have the correct ignitor. That required 2 more nights without heat in the upstairs. Another tech came, replaced the ignitor and discovered that the circuit board was also bad, which required another day to get the new board and they installed it the next day. Rick was great and got the job done. I would call them again to work on my equipment.“
