He never tried to up-sell me on anything. When we approved the quote, they were able to schedule installation in less than a week. The installation techs were very respectful of my home, completed the work as quickly and quietly as they could (as I work from home), and explained the system to me after they installed it. We had an issue with our circuit breaker so the first night the system shut off, but they had someone out first thing the next morning within 30 minutes of when we called them to fix it and were able to fix the electrical issue within a few hours. Technician laid drop cloths and placed plastic sheeting on vinyl siding to avoid residue landing on siding in the course of cleaning compressor. I found technician and assistant cordial, patient, ethical, conscientious and proficient. I am very satisfied with the cleaning, diagnostic, re-charging of freon gas and my overall experience with proprietor and assistant.“

“I highly recommend Harts Heating and Cooling. Our A/C stopped working yesterday and as the high daytime temps were supposed to climb even higher this week, I really wanted good work done quickly. I chose Harts based on my community's Face Book Group recommendations page due the many recommendations. Jason exceeded my expectations. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was honest with all the possible causes, and allowed me to watch as he diagnosed the problem...explaining everything as he went. It didn't take long to find it was just a bad capacitor. He replaced it and then checked the refrigerant (which was a little low) so he added to spec. He took the time to check over everything and make sure things were working perfectly before leaving. He thoroughly explained all the work he did. He was very courteous and professional. “Matt and Jessie installed a new air conditioning system for my house. They were very professional and personable. They arrived on time and laid out protective floor covering over all of the areas they would be traversing, including a flight of stairs. They efficiently de-installed and removed the old system. This was not the easiest of tasks because the air handler is in the attic, accessible only by a set of pull-down stairs. The new system was methodically and capably installed with a minimum of noise or disruption of the work areas. Upon finishing the installation, they demonstrated the use of the new thermostat. The whole process only took about four hours. They ensured the system worked as expected, the work areas were clean, and any questions we had were answered before they left. I couldn't have asked for better service! This followed equally impressive dealings with ACE when we initially reached out for an estimate and worked with them to finalize the contract.“
