I hired ACE to service my HVAC equipment because (1) they sold and installed my HVAC equipment, which has been serving me well for the past 12-13 years, and (2) I needed a second opinion. I am pleased to report that ACE’s technician (Quentin Sims) found my HVAC equipment is in good working condition. Earlier, another company’s technician had checked my equipment, and although I advised him that my equipment seemed to be performing well, the technician reported several major issues, and he proposed repairs that would cost in excess of $10k or an outright replacement that would cost in excess of $18k.
