Amazing experience. The air conditioning broke on a hot, humid Saturday in July and the technician was at our house within 2 hours. He was able to replace the broken part and we had our AC back. Fast, friendly service both on the phone and in person.
This is a revision to a formerly negative review. My compliments to Chris for his patience and grace. BandB probably saved me more than 20,000 after another company came out and wanted to sell me another system. I asked BandB to come out for pricing on a new system and they not only figured out I didn't need a new system, they had the one part needed on hand to fix my system. Last night, I didn't think it had worked, but by the morning, the house had cooled down, and Chris patiently walked me through the charges that were more than justified. I would definitely trust BandB to be honest and helpful in the future.
These gentleman, Eddie in particular, are super professional. They charge an honest wage, not only for the labor, but also for the parts. They have five stars for a reason and clearly are industry leaders when it comes to HVAC. We will continue to, not only use them but also, recommend them to anyone who is considering heating and air-conditioning for their home.
