“My heater stopped working about a week ago when outdoor temperatures plunged into the teens overnight. I called Gary P. Frank first thing in the morning, and they sent 2 technicians (Nick and Gerardo) to my home immediately. They arrived by 8.30am. Nick fully explained to me the issue with our heating unit, and proceeded complete the part replacement and repair within 30 minutes. “Hecox Home Services installed a new HVAC system for our home in September of 2020. This winter we had been having issues with the Smart thermostat communicating with the furnace unit in the basement. Because of this, we were not getting proper heating. On the service call to our home, the tech Eli, told me that the reason for the communication errors was due to electromagnetic interference due to a wiring error at the time of installation. Eli fixed the wiring and told me that Hecox would extend the warranty through to the service call and there would be no charge.A big shout out to Eli and Hecox for owning the problem and fixing it at no cost. I call that great customer service.“

“I've been waiting to write this review to give a correct review of my upgraded unit. I got my unit installed almost a year ago and after going through that stretch of hot weather in July and that brutal cold we had around Christmas, this new Amana unit made a hugh difference compared to my old, builder grade unit. One thing I noticed during the summer was that this unit did a great job of keeping the air crisp and cool. During the winter I didn't find myself having to grab a extra layer of clothing as this unit kept the house very warm. Ronen and his team did an excellent job with the install and he's always been there if I had a question. Would highly recommend ADI.“

“I rarely leave reviews but felt obligated because of the "above and beyond" service of this company, and specifically, of Elton. We unfortunately found ourselves with several HVAC and heating issues due to poor maintenance of a house we purchased. Elton has helped us several times coming to the house, installing a new A/C unit, repairing another old unit, evaluating our ducts, heating system installation recommendations. He is such an honest man, I cannot say enough good things. He has shown us time and again that he is professional, responsive, kind and his focus is clearly to help people. He does not take advantage of confused new homeowners. We cannot say that for other businesses we have come across. We are so grateful to him. He is also extremely knowledgeable. We had someone come out three times to look at why our thermostat wasn't working--and these people could not figure it out--he noted a wiring problem right away and fixed it. He is a gem of a person.
