Comfort Defender LLC save the day and my pocketbook. Bought an older home with underwhelming HVAC and high utility bills. I went through several HVAC service providers for quotes to remedy my home's HVAC issues. Comfort Defenders LLC is by far above the rest. Sadaf is very pleasant, informative, knowledgeable, accommodating, and proactive with her customer service. Sadaf was very proactive following up on the service and flexible on payment terms. Their head consultant and foreman, David was timely, thorough, very informative, knowledgeable, and refreshingly direct and very honest. He did not try to upsell us on anything beyond what we needed. Infact, David seemed to take as much interest in being cost effective, and yet fully functional with our HVAC and water heater upgrades as if it was his own home which we really respect and appreciated. David and his crew work super-efficiently, neatly, tidy and thorough. Pleasantly surprised with both the experience, cost, and outcome. Our home is much more efficient now thanks to Comfort defenders LLC!
