Young was my technician, he showed up shortly after he was dispatched, even though it was rainy, and late in the evening. He was knowledgable and happy to explain what he was doing. Appreciate him getting us back up and running on a cold night.

I use B&B for all my AC & Heating needs - they are the BEST! I'm even on the yearly maintenance plan check the AC in Spring & Heat unit in Fall. I receive a call before the scheduled appointment to let me know the ETA, the technician is always prompt and courteous. Most recently, DEVIN, the technician inspected the Heating unit, adjusted the damper for Winter, changed the filter, And wrote the date of filter change on it as requested. I was most impressed with his knowledge of the unit and system and his professional demeanor. I've been with B&B for years and have Never been let down with B&B - I would highly recommend!
