I needed something different, so I tried out Orange Theory. As an introvert with a love-hate relationship with fitness, I was nervous, but everything about OTF reston has really helped me get into a good exercise routine again, and enjoy it too! The onbarding was simple and everyone was welcoming. The variety in workouts keep things interesting and fun, and I like how the data from the heartrate monitor can help you make the most of your workout. The biggest thing for me is the community at Reston - the coaches all have different styles but are all friendly and kind, supportive, and motivating. I've had a couple health issues and injuries over the past two years, and when challenges sometimes arose for me, someone has always gently checked on me. I also appreciate the constructive feedback around adjusting form to do exercises correctly, weight recommendations, etc. The other members are also very nice and non judgemental. Essentially, at OTF you get the benefits of a group workout while still being able to set your own pace and concentrate on your own thing. Very happy with OTF Reston and look forward to many more splat points!“
