Alfonzo personally came to my home and washed all three of my vehicles. Not only was he punctual and professional, but he was also one of the nicest, most humble, and genuinely kind people I have met in a long time. He spent nearly six hours working on my vehicles and charged far less than other companies I had contacted.
A few days later, I noticed something unusual—the cars still looked stunning. I had thought on the day that they were washed, they looked even more shiny

Update June 2026: I recently had a mishap where I burned my mouth on hot food (watch out for UK pub fried fish!) and after a while wanted to check how it was healing. I got an appointment for the next day and they found the healing is on track which is reassuring. I really liked how Dr Desio took special care to let me schedule follow up a month later just to be sure. They continue to meet all my dental health needs.

Update November 2025: The new office space is really nice and everyone are attentive to any teeth related questions and responsive to my needs - I got a Phillips sonicare brush a couple years ago at their recommendation and have had easy checkups since. I prefer fluoride varnish at the end of cleanings and they always have it, and it’s a pleasant environment. Strongly encourage anyone to go to them.

Cleanings are thorough and they always let you know what to expect, no surprises! Very transparent about anything that’s going to come as an extra charge. I find they are efficient and respectful of patients’ time. I was encouraged to get a night guard 6 months ago due to the appearance of wear from suspected grinding, and while it took a couple return visits to achieve a fit comfortable enough to use I think it was worth it. I definitely don’t plan to go anywhere else, it’s convenient and friendly!

Nova Glass, Falls Church did fine work for me replacing an old low quality 3 sided shower enclosure - with their high quality glass enclosure with advisement to make higher too - much improved. There were some fabrication errors discovered and without a wink they had refabbed and installed perfectly. In addition they advised me to craft the custom frames first, and they fabricated and installed beveled glass mirrors in my frames for me to place above each sink - finely done.
Their lead, Ricky, and their install team were very capable and pleasure to have work in my home and handled the building security with respect and ease.
I was there this week and let me tell you that it is the best haircut I have ever had, it is very professional, it makes your time pleasant, totally advisable, a professional job, the site is cozy and good music, it even has a seat of messages when you wash your hair.

I meant to write this ages ago, but this nail salon is truly one of my favorites. The staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating—if I feel like chatting, they’re so refreshing, but if I’m not in the mood to talk, they give me space in the most pleasant and respectful way. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or out of place there. They’re amazing at acrylics, with at least one girl who can do intricate designs, though they really shine at perfecting the basics. Their pedicures and manicures are consistently 10/10.
The salon is super clean, and their hospitality sets them apart. One of the employees even gave me a keychain for my niece—it’s thoughtful little gestures like that that make me adore this place. They always do their best to squeeze me in when I’m in a pinch, but making an appointment or giving them a heads-up is usually best. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
All in all, this is one of the best salons I’ve been to in the area, and I’m so glad it’s close to where I live. Highly recommend!

In a search for organic or natural nail services I was happy to find this place. This was my second time there and both experiences were excellent. The salon is very relaxing, quiet, and comfortable. They bring a warm tub of water, add some salts, and then give a nice foot and calf massage before the pedicure. They take their time and are very thorough. My experience including time for my nails to dry was about 50 minutes. The price is a little higher than some other salons in the area - but I'd rather pay more for high quality, quiet and the cleanliness of the place. I only go a few times a year to get my nails done so it's worth it to me.
Chichi is awesome! I went in for microblading and she was gentle with my brows, painless and quick. She convinced me to come back for eyelash extensions I was hesitant but decided to try and oh mine! It looked natural and was on for about a month. I went back today for my final touch up after canceling appointments twice and again it was painless I slept off.

This place is a hidden gem! I came here with my mom on a Sunday, and they were very busy before Lunar New Year with customers. However, they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment when my mom called an hour or so beforehand since she already had an appointment herself at 3pm. I really appreciate them being so accommodating. I got my hair done by one of the women working, and she made sure to hold a mirror up to the back of my head to see if the length cut was OK with me. I also asked for curtain bangs, and she made sure the bangs were a good length that I liked. She also styled my hair, and took her time making my bangs look nice. I appreciated the small details and personal touches! The hair wash was nice and relaxing. They combed the tangles out of my hair in the sink area and overall, the wash, cut and style did not take very long compared to other salons I have been previously. But the craftmanship and good job was clear! Thank you, Thien My Hair salon. This place is very worth visiting, with affordable prices!

My wax experience was a 10 out of 10. I've been going to EWC for about a year now and most often I am satisfied with the quality of work that I receive. This time, the wax specialist, Saroja, had my undivided attention because she was on point with the whole process. Even though my upper lip had very short hairs, she was able to get most of them, and those that she couldn't get , she used a tweezer, very gently. Thank you, Saroja for the best waxing experience to date. I will ask for you again the next time I have my appointment.

She was so professional, gentle, and detail-oriented, and made sure the lashes looked perfect and suited my eyes beautifully. The LED lash process was comfortable, and my lashes came out looking full, wispy, and super natural while still giving that glam effect. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! This is the best place, look no further. Cheap eyelashes irritate my eyes and the owner of this place is picky about the lash quality and has a high bar. I’ve gone to the beach for a week and traveled to Asia for a few weeks and my lashes are still looking great.

Shawn came the same day for a water leak we couldn’t trace. He identified a corroded copper pipe and replaced it quickly at a very fair price! He was working with an apprentice, and his interactions with that person were kind and clear too. Feels good to support a business that is both competent and kind! We haven’t had any trouble with that pipe for the past 6+ months. We would definitely call Shawn again for any future plumbing needs!

Nova Glass, Falls Church did fine work for me replacing an old low quality 3 sided shower enclosure - with their high quality glass enclosure with advisement to make higher too - much improved. There were some fabrication errors discovered and without a wink they had refabbed and installed perfectly. In addition they advised me to craft the custom frames first, and they fabricated and installed beveled glass mirrors in my frames for me to place above each sink - finely done.
Their lead, Ricky, and their install team were very capable and pleasure to have work in my home and handled the building security with respect and ease.

What an amazing team at Growing Smiles. This was our daughter‘s first dentist appointment so we were extremely nervous as first time parents. Dr. Pham was so patient with our little one, but also very thorough in her examination. I think at some point our daughter bit her finger, but Dr. Pham continued her examination with such professionalism and kindness. Dr. Pham was able to clean and count all of our daughter’s teeth And give us the OK on her dental hygiene. Dr. Pham made a , what would’ve been stressful, moment into a Quick and beautiful memory. We’ll definitely be coming back for her next check up.

Update June 2026: I recently had a mishap where I burned my mouth on hot food (watch out for UK pub fried fish!) and after a while wanted to check how it was healing. I got an appointment for the next day and they found the healing is on track which is reassuring. I really liked how Dr Desio took special care to let me schedule follow up a month later just to be sure. They continue to meet all my dental health needs.

Update November 2025: The new office space is really nice and everyone are attentive to any teeth related questions and responsive to my needs - I got a Phillips sonicare brush a couple years ago at their recommendation and have had easy checkups since. I prefer fluoride varnish at the end of cleanings and they always have it, and it’s a pleasant environment. Strongly encourage anyone to go to them.

Cleanings are thorough and they always let you know what to expect, no surprises! Very transparent about anything that’s going to come as an extra charge. I find they are efficient and respectful of patients’ time. I was encouraged to get a night guard 6 months ago due to the appearance of wear from suspected grinding, and while it took a couple return visits to achieve a fit comfortable enough to use I think it was worth it. I definitely don’t plan to go anywhere else, it’s convenient and friendly!

Dr. Dougherty provided me with a dental implant about ten years ago (I have been his patient ever since), and it's still in perfect condition today - that alone speaks volumes about his skill and attention to detail. I have come to Family and sports chiropractic for years at this point and I have experienced an incredible amount of pain relief and a drastic improvement in my flexibility and movement since coming. I suffered a head / neck injury in high school and went to several chiropractors at the time, but they were just an adjustment appointment, and pain would quickly return. I ended up just dealing with the pain through pain killers and stretching from time to time. The pain was a constant stiffness in my neck. I found Dr. Wetzen later about 8 years out of high school, after suffering another back injury after squatting. I seriously needed some help, as this added a very intense stabbing sensation through my lower back that would flare up from different motions. Dr. Wetzen prescribed a regimen that was three days a week for about 6 months; during which I saw a great improvement in my lower back pain from the additional time with the traction machines. After that first six months, I made a bad decision and stopped coming for a few years because I thought just because the pain had gone I would be fine. I was about 25 at the time. I returned two years ago, at 32, after causing the same back injury later, and, though I knew I had fixed some subluxations in the previous treatment, more had come back which Dr Wetzen could show in the x rays he takes with each treatment. I was determined to get into a better posture and to do the maintenance period this second time, and I can see the results in how I stand, sit, walk and perform stretches. I can really see my posture improving and having the strength to hold correct positions longer and a heightened awareness to correct positions when I am compensating. I've really enjoyed my interactions with Dr. Wetzen and his staff during both treatment periods as well. they are incredibly flexible with scheduling, and friendly and informative to new patients. I'd recommend this chiropractor to anyone, and I currently drive just about an hour each way to get to his falls church facility because there's no one I trust more with my spine.

I was able to see him within 24 hours of making my request as a new patient and he is kind, warm, knowledgeable, patient, professional and fantastic! I have never been to a chiropractor for fear of the snaps and the cracks; however, he explained what he was going to do and how it would help. After months of a pinched nerve, each visit has relieved my discomfort and it's increased my mobility and decreased my pain! Dr. Brooks is wonderful and he doesn't rush and I have had no more than a 5 minute wait to be seen on each visit. I'm grateful to have found his practice!

I like that each class has a different focus — one week we might work on balance, another on twists, then maybe posture — so nothing feels repetitive, and over time you end up working your whole body. Asya always offers modifications whether you have a limitation or just want a gentler approach, but she’ll also suggest ways to challenge yourself if you can.
