Nova Glass, Falls Church did fine work for me replacing an old low quality 3 sided shower enclosure - with their high quality glass enclosure with advisement to make higher too - much improved. There were some fabrication errors discovered and without a wink they had refabbed and installed perfectly. In addition they advised me to craft the custom frames first, and they fabricated and installed beveled glass mirrors in my frames for me to place above each sink - finely done.
Their lead, Ricky, and their install team were very capable and pleasure to have work in my home and handled the building security with respect and ease.
I was there this week and let me tell you that it is the best haircut I have ever had, it is very professional, it makes your time pleasant, totally advisable, a professional job, the site is cozy and good music, it even has a seat of messages when you wash your hair.

Just wanted to post about the EXCEPTIONAL experience at Rooted Mane today with Elissa. I was able to get a quick appointment (booked this weekend), she was running on time and was very efficient. She listened super carefully to what I wanted and the result is exactly what I had in mind (got a partial highlight and chopped about 8-10 inches off). I brought in some “inspo” pictures, but honestly, I like my results even more than those. We are about to move across country and I’m just upset I didn’t find her earlier. I took plenty of pictures of the finished product to hopefully recreate this look in future cuts! I have been to tons of high end salons and this is by far my favorite cut/color in many years!! Make an appointment! You won’t be disappointed!

I meant to write this ages ago, but this nail salon is truly one of my favorites. The staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating—if I feel like chatting, they’re so refreshing, but if I’m not in the mood to talk, they give me space in the most pleasant and respectful way. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or out of place there. They’re amazing at acrylics, with at least one girl who can do intricate designs, though they really shine at perfecting the basics. Their pedicures and manicures are consistently 10/10.
The salon is super clean, and their hospitality sets them apart. One of the employees even gave me a keychain for my niece—it’s thoughtful little gestures like that that make me adore this place. They always do their best to squeeze me in when I’m in a pinch, but making an appointment or giving them a heads-up is usually best. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
All in all, this is one of the best salons I’ve been to in the area, and I’m so glad it’s close to where I live. Highly recommend!

Chichi is awesome! I went in for microblading and she was gentle with my brows, painless and quick. She convinced me to come back for eyelash extensions I was hesitant but decided to try and oh mine! It looked natural and was on for about a month. I went back today for my final touch up after canceling appointments twice and again it was painless I slept off.

This place is a hidden gem! I came here with my mom on a Sunday, and they were very busy before Lunar New Year with customers. However, they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment when my mom called an hour or so beforehand since she already had an appointment herself at 3pm. I really appreciate them being so accommodating. I got my hair done by one of the women working, and she made sure to hold a mirror up to the back of my head to see if the length cut was OK with me. I also asked for curtain bangs, and she made sure the bangs were a good length that I liked. She also styled my hair, and took her time making my bangs look nice. I appreciated the small details and personal touches! The hair wash was nice and relaxing. They combed the tangles out of my hair in the sink area and overall, the wash, cut and style did not take very long compared to other salons I have been previously. But the craftmanship and good job was clear! Thank you, Thien My Hair salon. This place is very worth visiting, with affordable prices!

My wax experience was a 10 out of 10. I've been going to EWC for about a year now and most often I am satisfied with the quality of work that I receive. This time, the wax specialist, Saroja, had my undivided attention because she was on point with the whole process. Even though my upper lip had very short hairs, she was able to get most of them, and those that she couldn't get , she used a tweezer, very gently. Thank you, Saroja for the best waxing experience to date. I will ask for you again the next time I have my appointment.

Shawn came the same day for a water leak we couldn’t trace. He identified a corroded copper pipe and replaced it quickly at a very fair price! He was working with an apprentice, and his interactions with that person were kind and clear too. Feels good to support a business that is both competent and kind! We haven’t had any trouble with that pipe for the past 6+ months. We would definitely call Shawn again for any future plumbing needs!

Dr. Bill installed my water pressure backup sump pump about 2 years ago. You never want the backup to kick on, but after an (unnamed) plumber came over for a check, something happened - and I realized my backup sump pump was kicking on.
Fortunately, the water pressure backup was working as designed and planned. I called The Plumbing Dr to check up on my pumps to figure out if there was something wrong with my main pump. Turey inspected both, adjusted some settings, and now both are back to working as planned. Most importantly, my basement is dry. Hooray!

They are very fast which could be part of the challenge. A superficial clean for a good price. And they are very nice! Would have given 5 stars if they were more detailed and thorough, but overall your home will be tidy after they've been through!
They have been cleaning my place the last few years on a monthly basis, more or less. The day is never the same as some others here have mentioned Shadi's communications are a bit loose. My place always smells and looks great after Flash visits. I have never interacted with the cleaners, just the scheduling with Shari or Evelyn.
I’ve been using Standard Cleaning for a few years now, even with my old address years ago. I can definitely say that they are fast, professional, and responsive. Their work is thorough, and even after they’re done, they’ve always been happy to take care of any cleaning issues I’ve brought up afterwards. I would highly recommend because they leave my place like a hotel suite!

It turned out beautiful. The team, Justin and Allie, are incredible people in addition to being experts at their craft. Justin manages all the contractor assignments and coordination. Allie pulls together options of what you like so you aren’t overwhelmed with decisions. Both have a depth of knowledge and resources that make everything easy except getting used to contractors around the house starting early in the morning. Hiring Case gave me peace of mind. They redid my kitchen a couple of years ago. As I considered redoing my bathroom, I couldn’t bring myself to hire anyone else. That’s Daisy hanging out in the shower before it was done.

Nova Glass, Falls Church did fine work for me replacing an old low quality 3 sided shower enclosure - with their high quality glass enclosure with advisement to make higher too - much improved. There were some fabrication errors discovered and without a wink they had refabbed and installed perfectly. In addition they advised me to craft the custom frames first, and they fabricated and installed beveled glass mirrors in my frames for me to place above each sink - finely done.
Their lead, Ricky, and their install team were very capable and pleasure to have work in my home and handled the building security with respect and ease.

The team at Custom Stonescaping did a wonderful job on our two patios and a fence. Alex and the rest of the crew replaced the bricks with flagstone and took down the old fence and put up a new one. They were very respectful of the HOA rules about starting at 8:30 and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. We couldn’t be happier with the results - the patios drain better, look better, and keep away the weeds! What an amazing team at Growing Smiles. This was our daughter‘s first dentist appointment so we were extremely nervous as first time parents. Dr. Pham was so patient with our little one, but also very thorough in her examination. I think at some point our daughter bit her finger, but Dr. Pham continued her examination with such professionalism and kindness. Dr. Pham was able to clean and count all of our daughter’s teeth And give us the OK on her dental hygiene. Dr. Pham made a , what would’ve been stressful, moment into a Quick and beautiful memory. Everyone in the office is incredibly patient and kind but Derik Sven is the absolute BEST. I get it - going to the dentist is not a fun experience (sorry). I have come to Family and sports chiropractic for years at this point and I have experienced an incredible amount of pain relief and a drastic improvement in my flexibility and movement since coming. I suffered a head / neck injury in high school and went to several chiropractors at the time, but they were just an adjustment appointment, and pain would quickly return. I ended up just dealing with the pain through pain killers and stretching from time to time. The pain was a constant stiffness in my neck. I found Dr. Wetzen later about 8 years out of high school, after suffering another back injury after squatting. I seriously needed some help, as this added a very intense stabbing sensation through my lower back that would flare up from different motions. Dr. Wetzen prescribed a regimen that was three days a week for about 6 months; during which I saw a great improvement in my lower back pain from the additional time with the traction machines. After that first six months, I made a bad decision and stopped coming for a few years because I thought just because the pain had gone I would be fine. I was about 25 at the time. I returned two years ago, at 32, after causing the same back injury later, and, though I knew I had fixed some subluxations in the previous treatment, more had come back which Dr Wetzen could show in the x rays he takes with each treatment. I was determined to get into a better posture and to do the maintenance period this second time, and I can see the results in how I stand, sit, walk and perform stretches. I can really see my posture improving and having the strength to hold correct positions longer and a heightened awareness to correct positions when I am compensating. I've really enjoyed my interactions with Dr. Wetzen and his staff during both treatment periods as well. they are incredibly flexible with scheduling, and friendly and informative to new patients. I'd recommend this chiropractor to anyone, and I currently drive just about an hour each way to get to his falls church facility because there's no one I trust more with my spine.

Dr. Brooks and all of the staff at his practice and wonderful! I was able to see him within 24 hours of making my request as a new patient and he is kind, warm, knowledgeable, patient, professional and fantastic! I have never been to a chiropractor for fear of the snaps and the cracks; however, he explained what he was going to do and how it would help. After months of a pinched nerve, each visit has relieved my discomfort and it's increased my mobility and decreased my pain! Dr. Brooks is wonderful and he doesn't rush and I have had no more than a 5 minute wait to be seen on each visit. I'm grateful to have found his practice!

Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Dudes Dogs bent over backwards for us! We had an emergency and had to board our dog who had a small wound which she licked into a larger wound at Dudes Dogs due to being away from home. They called us and we gave them permission to take her to our vet. The owner (constant contact with me with text and photos) came and picked her up and waited with our sweet dog as she got some antibiotics. Dudes Dog team were so caring and throughly took care of our dog as we said our goodbye to a dear friend. Dudes Dogs is an amazing place that you can trust your furry family member is in good hands all the time. xoxox

After seeing a number of PTs, I had given up hope. A friend had a great experience with Dr. Stacy Snow and recommended her. Dr. Snow significantly improved both my ankle and back. I have a bilateral pars defect in my back and she worked gently and carefully, making sure I was comfortable at every stage. She uses data to ensure that her approach is working.
