Annie and her team at Active Health Solutions are phenomenal. I was dealing with hip and knee pain from running a lot. Having a physical therapist come to my house to do treatment so it lines up with my running schedule is a blessing. My hip and knee injury are feeling much better. Not only do I notice a great improvement in my mobility, strength and stability, the force plates that they use to test my strength show it as well. Thank you, Annie, I cannot recommend you and the team enough.
