One of my favorite solidcore locations with kind and helpful staff! Coaches Meg F, Bella, and Gerlie all have incredible energy and awesome playlists that keeps you motivated for the entire class!
Love this studio. I'm a very off and on'er type of member over the years. My favorite instructors Courtney M at Bethesda, Victoria at Bethesda and Wildwood, and Kimberly at Wildwood location. Whatever training these instructors get is 100% on! The cueing they do is so clear, calm, and precise. To me, for the madness and confusion that can take place in a Solidcore class, their cueing is incredible. This studio is always very clean and lockers are available. My experience has been that it is not very community-oriented place. It is more transactional...get in, get the job done, and get out. Instructor Jackie is amazing at guiding you through the exercises and is very encouraging. It was my first class and although I am a beginner, she made me feel like I belonged and I deeply appreciate that.
