This was a workout like I’ve never done before, but I loved it because it helped work muscles that I may have never have worked. Bruna was amazing! She helped explain everything before the class throughly, she made sure I understood each exercise, she motivated me to keep going, and made sure I was doing all the exercises properly to avoid any injury throughout the entire class.
