“This is the only exterminator I would ever trust when it comes to bed bugs. They were honest and very reputable. They gave us great information to take to our management office as well since bed bugs were found in the vents and in baseboards.

They recommended a heat treatment which I had never heard of, but he went into great detail about how they work and why. I would have never known bed bugs were in these areas being that our apartments exterminator never found them or even looked there

“We had birds nesting behind the gutters/roof trim along the entire front and back of our rowhouse that we wanted to remove. It wasn't an emergency situation like an animal in the house so we were not in a rush, but they still came out quickly and provided us a very reasonable quote to remove the birds and close off the gaps. As it was not an emergency, they did not do the work right away (which was find by us) and when they did come back a few weeks later they did a great job removing the bird and sealing the gaps. We highly recommend.“

“This review is late but I'm writing based on service we recieved in April. Was have some remodeling done on my sunroom when the crew noticed signs of previous termite damage in the walls. Called around for a few quotes/inspections. When Raven came out to inspect, Troy Wilson was patient, thorough and professional. He let us know our options for mitigation of any further termite intrusion and the packages/pricing was more than fair. We've been more than satisfied with the work done and the guarantee that's covered. Would use Raven again in a heartbeat!“
