I called The Plumbing Doctor (TPD) to fix a kitchen faucet that was "stuck" and would no longer rotate around the base. Harold was sent to fix the problem. He called to alert me when he'd be at my home, he arrived on time, was respectful and courteous and found the root cause of the problem. He provided clear options for resolution, and after choosing one, he immediately fixed the problem. He was a good representative for TPD and they should be proud to have him. 😀

Reviews
We've used The Plumbing Dr. several times now. Dr. Brian and Dr. Jake were quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. They fixed our toilet issue with no problems and answered all of my questions. 😁
The Plumbing Doctor was recommended on our neighborhood list serve. My call for service was answered promptly and courteously with upfront info on pricing. Within 2 hours of my call, Brian and Jake arrived, diagnosed the issue with my cutoff valves and replaced them all. Then they demonstrated operation, checked for leaks, and cleaned up. They were professional , well versed on needed skills, and very kind. We will certainly use them again.
