I was very impressed with the service from The Plumbing Dr, from the initial call to schedule, the follow up, the call from the techs when they were on their way, to the outstanding job done at my house. Very professional and friendly, and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
Dr. Bill installed my water pressure backup sump pump about 2 years ago. You never want the backup to kick on, but after an (unnamed) plumber came over for a check, something happened - and I realized my backup sump pump was kicking on.
Fortunately, the water pressure backup was working as designed and planned. I called The Plumbing Dr to check up on my pumps to figure out if there was something wrong with my main pump. Turey inspected both, adjusted some settings, and now both are back to working as planned. Most importantly, my basement is dry. Hooray!
I had an emergency today and was very stressed, but the nice woman on the phone was able to help answer my questions and knowledgeable enough to know my issue was urgent. She was able to send folks out within the hour and Turé And Kenny were fabulous. It took them all day but they worked non-stop and answered all my questions.
