The day before Christmas eve '24, my oven element burned out! Called Virginia Appliance Repair Christmas eve afternoon after I found the only replacement part left locally that morning. They came out and installed it. The dispatcher I spoke to was extra nice. I am very happy with their service and will call again if something goes out.
They saved my Christmas day pies. Thank you!
