Gulilat was fabulous. He figured out our problem in a heart beat and took care of it. I love how he told me about his discoveries in real time and let me be a part of the fix. Virginia Appliance Repair has never let us down. Also, he came well within the time frame we were given.

I learned about this company because one of their employees actually did cold call Marketing, which is refreshing as you don’t see that much anymore came in check my hand introduced himself to me and let me know that they’re there to help when I did call, the lady on the phone was phenomenal and very kind and helpful when the gentleman came he was more than, friendly with very good to stay out of the employees way as we were still in the height of our busy day he was in and out left no mess fixed our problem. I’ll be happy to refer them to anyone. Thank you so much. Great job., G
