Tensegrity Bodywork is a comfortable and relaxing space. The therapist is very technical and therapeutic, with a superb knowledge of anatomy & physiology. She understands the body and how everything fits together. She is always taking classes and learning new techniques, so she has a range of modalities to draw upon. She is a master of her craft. Clients recommend her as a “miracle worker” who fixes issues from tightness and soreness to stress. She is very busy, so it can be hard to get an appointment, but emailing is worth it. Once a client, it becomes possible to get a regularly scheduled appointment.
Seeing Sarah Coble is the single best thing I do for myself. She is very technical and therapeutic in her approach. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would gladly select that! I’ve been going to Sarah for several years, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Whether I’m experiencing some tightness and soreness in my muscles from weightlifting or am carrying stress from work, Sarah is always able to fix my issues. In addition, her superb knowledge of anatomy & physiology makes her an extra capable massage therapist. Whenever I ask her to explain what she’s doing or what nerve is aggravated, she explains it to me in a way that makes perfect sense. I recommend her to all my friends and coworkers in need of a “miracle worker!”
