Employee was very good at explaining everything and showing me what the camera showed. He said your company could do the job but I had already set up my plumber to do the job. I was expecting only for the camera results to show the problem. I appreciate all of your help and will keep yu in mind for future jobs
I had new faucets installed to replace leaky ones in the kitchen and one bathroom. The new kitchen faucet includes a flow-cutoff button that is not functional. If I had known that I would have selected a different model. The new bathroom faucet was installed at an angle to the edge of the counter, which gives it a sloppy appearance.Update: The new kitchen faucet has been redesigned, so it operates differently than expected. The bathroom faucet installation has been corrected.
