Our home had a leak (rain) from a balcony that was not installed correctly. We contracted with Home Perfect to address the issue and replace the balcony. Ahmad and his crew were amazing from the jump, collaboratively designing a cost effective solution and addressing construction deficiencies discovered along the way that has secured our home form the elements as well as modernized our exterior façade and installed a modern cable rail system. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality and professionalism and cleanliness of the jobsite that we are going to continue on the interior with a larger renovation. I think we have found our forever contractor. As an architect myself, I cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to future collaborations and opportunities.
