I am a strength athlete who competes in powerlifting and for about 2-3 months I had been experiencing excruciating pain similar to shin splints during and especially after deadlifts that eventually spread throughout my quads and hips. Dr. Sarah performed ART and dry needling on my hips, thighs, and shins, and by my next deadlift session (3 days later) my pain was completely gone.
