After years of back pain (including surgery) and dozens of helpless doctor visits... I tried Native Healing & Wellness. I was sold after one visit. The owner and all of their staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I tried all of their services and felt the health benefits immediately. I got my hair cut by Sonia over two weeks ago and I have been getting compliments every day since. She was not afraid to cut off all my curly locks (past my bra strap) and give me the modernized french crop I asked for. It was a bold move but I was pleased she had the skills to tackle it! I had never worked with her before but didn’t flinch because I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. I am very happy with my hair and was pleased with the reasonable cost considering the services I received. Sonia was friendly, professional, and very honest about her strengths and weaknesses as a stylist. She was very receptive when I asked her to make adjustments to the haircut towards the end and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Traveled to East Texas and needed a tan for a weekend event. The Tanning Zone, specifically Natalie, was amazing! She had availability for two spray airbrush tan appointments. She took great care and time to provide a great experience. The result is very natural. A much better experience than any I have had previously!

I was searching for a new nail salon and decided to try Aria after reading the reviews. I’m so glad I did! Alex did my manicure and pedicure, and she was great. She gave good advice for my weak, breaking nails, and I opted for short length with dip. I also chose the Organic Pedi, which was wonderful. Alex was detailed and thorough—from much needed cuticle care to polish—and gave an incredible massage. My nails look and feel fantastic! I’ll definitely be back.

Not only are there great deals and tons of varieties of rocks and crystals but the staff and owner are welcoming and helpful. The owner always shows me the coolest pieces and she has answers all my questions! The whole building (and even the parking lot) are filled with peace and good vibes, I could easily relax and take a nap under the shady trees in the lot! I have the most stunning pieces and such cool finds from this place including lots of little animal cravings! This really is one of the best local shops you can visit in Tyler!
I visited around June after my wreck I was so stiff and suffered to lay down & would lose sleep due to my back pain. I knew I had knots on my back from stress and the wreck.
This was my first time getting a massage & I got recommended massage envy so I came in.
The front lady explained everything clearly to me I booked and waited in the lobby.
Lobby was beautiful, clean and organized. My wait was 10 minutes max.
My masseur introduced himself and led me to the room. Before he started he asked me again what my concerns were.
I explained I felt like I had knots & lots of back pain. I payed for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. He told me exactly how many knots and where I had them. I paid an extra $15 for a heated massage gun he recommended to really help break them down! Omg it truly helped! I left feeling sooo much better and was educated afterwards on drinking plenty of water to flush out the acid he just broke down. He said to see him if I need to come back! I absolutely loved the service and the treatment that was given. I was truly healed! Thank you!

Identity Med Spa is the absolute best! Monica is an amazing esthetician as well as doing injections. She gave me a beautiful set of eyebrows with her amazing micro blading skills. My eyebrows look very natural! She is a perfectionist in her work. I’ve seen her lip blushing work which was beautiful and also very natural looking. I highly recommend Monica! I have a 40+ year old tattoo, and was quite cautious and hesitant to see what could be done for it. Yuli was simply amazing! She took a 40 year old tattoo and made it look as good as it did in 1984. While this may seem an unusual request, there are lots of people out there with old tattoos. Yuli and the folks at Kelly's can help! I am simply amazed, and my coworkers have a hard time believing that it is truly a 40-year-old tat and not something completely new. Thank you, Yuli. I can not say enough about her, her work, and the folks she works with. You can not go wrong here!
UPDATE: Just had all the restoration (NOT a cover-up) work completed, and the results have far, far exceeded my expectations! Not only was the original master tattooist's original work/intent maintained, but Yuli was able to enhance the previous work by adding both colors and details that were not even possible 40 years ago. I can do nothing but praise Yuli and the other fine artists at Kelly's Tattoo Studio. Not only is she an outstanding artist/tattooist, she is also professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just great fun to talk with! My sincere thank you to Yuli and to all the other fine people at Kelly's Tattoo Studio!

Cannot recommend Watson Plumbing highly enough!! They scheduled me for the day after I called, which was amazing. Diagnosed AND fixed the leak within 2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Javier was lovely and answered all my questions. Will be using them again when needed. This was our second time and both times we have been so pleased wirh their skill and professionalism.
If my wife and I could give Eschberger move than five stars we absolutely would. Over the past few years we've used them for what I would call everyday plumbing issues and we've always been satisfied with their work and prices. However, this time the issue was major...rerouting a damaged sewer line to avoid a giant oak in our front yard and replacing the water line that also ran underneath the oak. And, we can say without hesitation that Eschberger Plumbing has done an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Robert had been exceptional. He's been most cordial and efficient, explaining to us what he was doing as the work progressed. As this house was not a new build when we moved in we did not know but he pointed out that our sewer line was smaller than what it was supposed to be for the number of bathrooms we have and he replaced it with the size that code says it should be. He has done an amazing job digging the trench both by machine and hand, all the time being extremely careful to avoid utility lines and gas pipes and do as little damage as reasonably possible to our lawn. He also made every effort to keep the disruption to our sewer and water service to a minimum. We highly, highly recommend Eschberger Plumbing and will continue to call on them for all our plumbing needs, regardless of how small or large.
The only thing better than supporting a local family owned business is when they do amazing work. To be upfront, I do not live in Tyler anymore, but I have an investment property that had a leak over the weekend. I wanted to write this review from a landlord perspective because Rudd plumbing was responsive, helpful and took care of the issue - making things incredibly easy for me being out of town and my tenant who relayed to me how the tech was kind, quick and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and affordable service!

The tech showed up earlier than expected, which was not a problem. He and his helper but did an excellent job, explained what they were doing at each step and even showed me what caused the clog. First via camera and second when they pulled it out. Excellent service.
I thought this plumber was exceptional! He came to my house on a Saturday while we were having a plumbing emergency. He came toy house, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem in lightening speed. His price was extremely fair and his professionalism admirable. We will definitely use Kelvin in the future and anyone in need of a plumber should do the same! I simply cannot say enough good things about our service experience.
McCoy’s plumbing has been our “go to” professional for plumbing for the last 4 years. They are always great to work with. They have taken care of problems in our 40 year old house and are doing the plumbing from the ground up in our new house being build near Jacksonville.
Had to have a plug installed for my new HVAC and JT and his helper were very personable. Also changed out a light fixture and had a safety inspection. JT explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Exceptional work, will definitely use Patriot again and will ask for JT. ?

I've used Swan Electric multiple times, and they have been excellent each time. Most recently, they came out to my home to make repairs for power to be restored to my family's home after a bad storm and were able to do so very quickly during a time where tons of people in the area needed electrical work due to the storm. Just got my living room rug back from Turley’s. It looks amazing, and I now feel it’s safe/clean enough for my great-grandbabies to crawl on. 4 big dogs make rug cleaning a necessity from time to time. I’ve tried several others, but Turley’s is the best by far.
This company/ team was awesome to work with from start to finish. We originally only wanted our room carpets cleaned but ended up also getting our couches and area rugs done as well. The gentlemen that came over were on time, very friendly and courteous. They were very detailed and meticulous with their work. Having 2 large indoor dogs we thought there was no hope in getting our things cleaned, but they brought our carpets, couches and rugs back to looking new. I've been in here a few times to get floor tile for showers. They always have what I need in stock and at a really good price. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for tile. Plus they have tons of samples to look at so if you're not sure what you want I'm sure you could find something here you would love.

We recently needed to replace the floors in our home due to some problems with the floors we had. Peyton and Tiffany did a lot of research for us to make sure that everything was done correctly when installing the new floors. It was quite a big job and William and his crew worked very hard. They were very professional and respectful and they truly worked non-stop to finish the job asap! They arrived Monday morning and worked everyday until early evening until they finished the job on Saturday!! Our new wood floors are beautiful and we are very pleased!! If you need a good designer Peyton has great taste and is very knowledgeable about the products from tile, to wood and carpet! Living in a house while it is being renovated isn't easy but we are very pleased with how everything went and we would absolutely choose Surfaces again!! We highly recommend them!!
We have used them a couple of times and have been very pleased with the quality of the materials and the customer service. My only complaint was that we would have to have paid a lot of money to have the flooring delivered. It seems they could deliver to people who bought as much flooring as we did. Maybe have a set flooring or dollar amount, and they wouldn't charge hundreds of dollars.

We bought vinyl plank flooring for a Tyler rental property from them, and it was a good experience. They were very helpful in the store, and the displays are good. They have sections of the showroom floor (about 6x6 maybe?) done in different flooring, so you can see what it looks like better than just a plank. Handling of the order was without issues. I don't think they have their own installers, but they gave us a name (Elvis), and he couldn't have been better. They showed up on time, finished quickly, and without incident. Floor looked great. I might also add that the reason we went there in the first place, was because everyone we talked to in Tyler recommended them as the only place to go.

Renee with Granite Girls just completed my bathroom remodel in a 1945 home. They did a wonderful job!!! They took my tub area back to the studs and found my floor rotted under the tile. They were able to fix the floor at a reasonable price and kept the balance of the job on budget. Renee went with me to pick the tile and countertop where she found me a remnant of beautiful marble that I could afford. I wanted to not have so much glass around the shower and they worked with me to do the shower just like I wanted it. If I asked for something that might give me trouble in the future they were sure to let me know and they would always explain what the problem would be. Any minor issues that came up were handled and fixed by Renee. I highly recommend The Granite Girls!

Kinzler Insulation did a great job insulating our new home!!! We have 2300 square feet and our electric bill in over 100 degree weather is around $190. We don’t have any shade trees around our home either. They do the sprayed in insulation and make it like an igloo for your home. My attic is air conditioned since the insulation is sprayed to the top of the attic roof, which is like having a temperature controlled storage space. Their staff is friendly and work hard to do the best job for you. You can go wrong using Kinzler Insulation for your insulation needs!!!

Was having a problem with sugar ants and called Lane Pest Control. Eric came and we set up a contract for regular service. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained there was a big problem this year and that they were coming in looking for water. We had to have him out again and he was very nice about being called back and sprayed inside and out again to assure we didn't have anymore issues, and we haven't! Eric, is friendly, and very respectable. Lane Pest Control's services are fairly priced and I can't recommend them but especially Eric enough!

My teenager has significant dental anxiety and needed some pretty major dental work done — the kind of situation that usually leads to panic or a complete shutdown. But Dr. Sendelbach handled it with the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. He was incredibly patient — even when I could sense his patience was wearing thin, he never let it show. He took the time to explain every option clearly and made sure my teen felt informed and as comfortable as possible the entire time. He managed to balance her emotional needs with the practical need to get the procedure done, which is no small feat. This kind of thoughtful, respectful care is rare, especially for anxious teens. I do a lot of rescue work on my own due to so many babies being dumped on or around my property and rescues being full and out of resources. I try and do what I can. I have 8 dogs and had a primary vet. I took in 3 rescues and parvo broke out, killing them all.
No other vet clinic including my established vet offered any help or advice.
After driving around with 2 dying dogs in my car and making stops at multiple clinics, Dr. Spence showed compassion. He and his vet tech informed me of how to handle parvo (which I never had dealt with before) and taught me how to administer fluids.
The dogs didn't make it, I lost all 3 unfortunately. But his and his teams compassion didn't go unnoticed.

Daughter moved from PCT to Club Pilates, hoping the classes had music for motivation and obviously great instructors, like her experience at CP in the Houston. She loves the classes but is disappointed because that “typical modern Pilates atmosphere of pumping music and instructors that go the extra step to pump you up, just isn’t there. She likes club pilates, I just wished she’d enjoy it as much as she did in houston.

Wonderful massage therapy. Peaceful environment and skilled massage therapist. Danna is highly effective at locating problem areas and working them out. I had a severely painful shoulder with restricted motion and she worked it out in two sessions. Highly recommend.
I got a massage last Friday from Madi at Relax Lab and it was probably the MOST relaxing experience of my life. She was very knowledgeable and addressed the tension I was holding while also bringing me a deep sense of peace to my mind and nervous system during the massage. I highly recommend and will make regular appointments with her.

Will does a great job of working your body. I wanted a lot of work on my back and legs and he exceeded my expectations. Also, he is super convenient to the 3 Marriott hotel on So. Broadway. I'll be back on future trips to Tyler. Great rates too.

This massage was EXACTLY what I “kneaded”!!!! I am in dental hygiene school and the constant strain on my neck and back has been getting to me every day. This literally was the best massage I think I could’ve ever had. I will be going back and possibly getting a membership because Bridgette was THAT AMAZING!!
I had a great experience at this sauna! The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The temperature was perfect—hot enough to sweat and unwind, but still comfortable. I left feeling refreshed, detoxed, and totally relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful escape or a way to de-stress after a long week.
