I got my hair cut by Sonia over two weeks ago and I have been getting compliments every day since. She was not afraid to cut off all my curly locks (past my bra strap) and give me the modernized french crop I asked for. It was a bold move but I was pleased she had the skills to tackle it! I had never worked with her before but didn’t flinch because I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. I am very happy with my hair and was pleased with the reasonable cost considering the services I received. Sonia was friendly, professional, and very honest about her strengths and weaknesses as a stylist. She was very receptive when I asked her to make adjustments to the haircut towards the end and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I go here every month for the BOGO (buy one get one free for crystal of the month)! Not only are there great deals and tons of varieties of rocks and crystals but the staff and owner are welcoming and helpful. The owner always shows me the coolest pieces and she has answers all my questions! The whole building (and even the parking lot) are filled with peace and good vibes, I could easily relax and take a nap under the shady trees in the lot! I have the most stunning pieces and such cool finds from this place including lots of little animal cravings! This really is one of the best local shops you can visit in Tyler!
I visited around June after my wreck I was so stiff and suffered to lay down & would lose sleep due to my back pain. I knew I had knots on my back from stress and the wreck.
This was my first time getting a massage & I got recommended massage envy so I came in.
The front lady explained everything clearly to me I booked and waited in the lobby.
Lobby was beautiful, clean and organized. My wait was 10 minutes max.
My masseur introduced himself and led me to the room. Before he started he asked me again what my concerns were.
I explained I felt like I had knots & lots of back pain. I payed for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. He told me exactly how many knots and where I had them. I paid an extra $15 for a heated massage gun he recommended to really help break them down! Omg it truly helped! I left feeling sooo much better and was educated afterwards on drinking plenty of water to flush out the acid he just broke down. He said to see him if I need to come back! I absolutely loved the service and the treatment that was given. I was truly healed! Thank you!

I went in carrying a lot of stress from life lately and really needed a good self care day. Thanks to the wonderful care of Erica I. (massage), Melissa N. (facial), and Andie M. (nails) all that stress clinging tight to me has released and I feel well grounded and cared for. Everyone I encountered here (including the lady at the front desk and cleaning) is friendly & caring, creating a welcoming space. I love the peaceful grounding vibes throughout the place from the different treatment rooms, cozy quiet space (waiting area), aromas, coffee and tea bar and serene music playing. I like how a robe and slippers are provided to relax in. It definitely has a very fancy vibe which I wasn't sure about at first, but the whole experience has been good! Everyone is excellent at what they do. I highly recommend and will be saving up to come back again. Im honored to have them be the ones who were the first in allowing me experience these things.

I then returned a week later and experienced the best massage I've ever had in my life by Michelle Coppinger. I've gotten semi-regular massages for the past 25 years and this blew every single experience out of the water. I cannot wait to book again.

I have a 40+ year old tattoo, and was quite cautious and hesitant to see what could be done for it. Yuli was simply amazing! She took a 40 year old tattoo and made it look as good as it did in 1984. While this may seem an unusual request, there are lots of people out there with old tattoos. Yuli and the folks at Kelly's can help! I am simply amazed, and my coworkers have a hard time believing that it is truly a 40-year-old tat and not something completely new. Thank you, Yuli. I can not say enough about her, her work, and the folks she works with. You can not go wrong here!
UPDATE: Just had all the restoration (NOT a cover-up) work completed, and the results have far, far exceeded my expectations! Not only was the original master tattooist's original work/intent maintained, but Yuli was able to enhance the previous work by adding both colors and details that were not even possible 40 years ago. I can do nothing but praise Yuli and the other fine artists at Kelly's Tattoo Studio. Not only is she an outstanding artist/tattooist, she is also professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just great fun to talk with! My sincere thank you to Yuli and to all the other fine people at Kelly's Tattoo Studio!

If my wife and I could give Eschberger move than five stars we absolutely would. Over the past few years we've used them for what I would call everyday plumbing issues and we've always been satisfied with their work and prices. However, this time the issue was major...rerouting a damaged sewer line to avoid a giant oak in our front yard and replacing the water line that also ran underneath the oak. And, we can say without hesitation that Eschberger Plumbing has done an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Robert had been exceptional. He's been most cordial and efficient, explaining to us what he was doing as the work progressed. As this house was not a new build when we moved in we did not know but he pointed out that our sewer line was smaller than what it was supposed to be for the number of bathrooms we have and he replaced it with the size that code says it should be. He has done an amazing job digging the trench both by machine and hand, all the time being extremely careful to avoid utility lines and gas pipes and do as little damage as reasonably possible to our lawn. He also made every effort to keep the disruption to our sewer and water service to a minimum. We highly, highly recommend Eschberger Plumbing and will continue to call on them for all our plumbing needs, regardless of how small or large.
If you have a Plumbing problem give these guys a phone call. They have the most polite and honorable staff, also affordable prices.

Cannot recommend Watson Plumbing highly enough!! They scheduled me for the day after I called, which was amazing. Diagnosed AND fixed the leak within 2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Javier was lovely and answered all my questions. Will be using them again when needed. This was our second time and both times we have been so pleased wirh their skill and professionalism.
The only thing better than supporting a local family owned business is when they do amazing work. To be upfront, I do not live in Tyler anymore, but I have an investment property that had a leak over the weekend. I wanted to write this review from a landlord perspective because Rudd plumbing was responsive, helpful and took care of the issue - making things incredibly easy for me being out of town and my tenant who relayed to me how the tech was kind, quick and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and affordable service!

I thought this plumber was exceptional! He came to my house on a Saturday while we were having a plumbing emergency. He came toy house, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem in lightening speed. Just got my living room rug back from Turley’s. It looks amazing, and I now feel it’s safe/clean enough for my great-grandbabies to crawl on. 4 big dogs make rug cleaning a necessity from time to time. I’ve tried several others, but Turley’s is the best by far.

We recently needed to replace the floors in our home due to some problems with the floors we had. Peyton and Tiffany did a lot of research for us to make sure that everything was done correctly when installing the new floors. It was quite a big job and William and his crew worked very hard. They were very professional and respectful and they truly worked non-stop to finish the job asap! They arrived Monday morning and worked everyday until early evening until they finished the job on Saturday!! Our new wood floors are beautiful and we are very pleased!! If you need a good designer Peyton has great taste and is very knowledgeable about the products from tile, to wood and carpet! Living in a house while it is being renovated isn't easy but we are very pleased with how everything went and we would absolutely choose Surfaces again!! We highly recommend them!!

Having wallpaper in our home has always been a dream of mine, so when we began building our home here in East Texas, I was excited to finally make it a reality. We bought vinyl plank flooring for a Tyler rental property from them, and it was a good experience. They were very helpful in the store, and the displays are good. They have sections of the showroom floor (about 6x6 maybe?) done in different flooring, so you can see what it looks like better than just a plank. Handling of the order was without issues. I don't think they have their own installers, but they gave us a name (Elvis), and he couldn't have been better. They showed up on time, finished quickly, and without incident. Floor looked great. I might also add that the reason we went there in the first place, was because everyone we talked to in Tyler recommended them as the only place to go.

Renee with Granite Girls just completed my bathroom remodel in a 1945 home. They did a wonderful job!!! They took my tub area back to the studs and found my floor rotted under the tile. They were able to fix the floor at a reasonable price and kept the balance of the job on budget. Renee went with me to pick the tile and countertop where she found me a remnant of beautiful marble that I could afford. I wanted to not have so much glass around the shower and they worked with me to do the shower just like I wanted it. If I asked for something that might give me trouble in the future they were sure to let me know and they would always explain what the problem would be. Any minor issues that came up were handled and fixed by Renee. I highly recommend The Granite Girls!

Kinzler Insulation did a great job insulating our new home!!! We have 2300 square feet and our electric bill in over 100 degree weather is around $190. We don’t have any shade trees around our home either. They do the sprayed in insulation and make it like an igloo for your home. My attic is air conditioned since the insulation is sprayed to the top of the attic roof, which is like having a temperature controlled storage space. Their staff is friendly and work hard to do the best job for you. You can go wrong using Kinzler Insulation for your insulation needs!!!

Was having a problem with sugar ants and called Lane Pest Control. Eric came and we set up a contract for regular service. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained there was a big problem this year and that they were coming in looking for water. We had to have him out again and he was very nice about being called back and sprayed inside and out again to assure we didn't have anymore issues, and we haven't! Eric, is friendly, and very respectable. Lane Pest Control's services are fairly priced and I can't recommend them but especially Eric enough!

Shy, the owner showed up when he was supposed to and followed up before he got here. We are having a pest issue that is so frustrating. Although the pest is really hard to get rid of he was completely honest with me. We own a business and it was really great to feel like I was being treated like we treat our customers. He didn't push to sell us anything. He just laid out what options there were, what the costs would be and what he thought the bang for the buck we would get. Honestly the treatments would not have yielded a good enough result so we didn't get service here, however I do need some work at our house so I am booking an appointment with him probably next week. This is the kind of person you want to do business with.
We had a MistAway system that another company installed about 5 years ago. Apparently they didnt know what they were doing because Mole Masters came out and pointed out a lot of issues that were causing our system to not be running at its best. After a few repairs the system actually works great now! Thank you so much for helping us out.

Dr. Nannen is the best chiropractor that I have ever had. He is the only one I trust to adjust my neck and the only one I trusted to adjust my newborn. We see Dr. Nannen both for acute needs and well care. He has even fixed my wrist after an old injury and a second re-injury that the standard medical doctor wasn't able to figure out. My husband and I have seen chiropractors regularly and we have had our older children adjusted occasionally as well, at various ages. We have seen chiropractors from other states and countries and other methods and philosophies. Dr. Nannen has my full confidence from start to finish, not just in technical expertise, which he certainly has, but also in his ability to meet each of my children where they are emotionally, from the enthusiastic older children to the highly skeptical toddler.

Dr. Twomey has been my cat’s vet for over 4 years (after two other vets pushed for me to put him down). Dr. Twomey had the compassion to believe in my fur baby and continue treating him, seeing that he has a good quality of life even though he is paralyzed from his rear legs. He never judged my decision and immediately took action to care for him 4 years ago…and still remembers him to this day. ? Dr. Twomey is incredibly kind, and I don’t see myself ever changing vets.
I needed to get teeth cleaned on a lab sized dog. It is expensive to do it as it requires the dog to be put to sleep. They make it much more affordable. Additionally, the Dr and the staff are amazingly friendly. He has saved a number of cats and dogs, some of which roam around the office. A great experience, and my dog's teeth are pearly white.

My 84 lb 2 yo Catahoula walks in the front door like he owns the place. Put his paws on the front desk & waits on his snack. I have never been less than 100% satisfied the their services.

I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else! Natasha is not only amazing a Grooming but also learns each dogs temperament and works with them to make them comfortable with her.
Loved it most places won't take our dog because he is a pitbull great Dane mix they were careful with him nice treated my dog tank like it was there very own not very expensive either but him the full body wash and doggy deodorant smelled good for weeks taking my dog they're all the time now
I still don't look forward to going but I'm benefiting so much from everything that happens there!
I was visiting from out of town and had the chance to take two classes at Pilates Collective Tyler, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The studio has such a warm, community feel, and it’s clear how much the instructors genuinely care about their clients. Even as a visitor, I felt right at home and supported. Huge shoutout to Tamika and Cyndi for sharing their knowledge of Pilates and making me feel welcome!
When it came to the classes, they were well-structured, challenging in the best way, and left me feeling strong and energized. If I lived in Tyler, I would absolutely be a regular here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a great workout, but also a truly uplifting environment!
I’ve intermittently searched for five years to find “the” LMT that would do it for me. My previous LMT moved away five years ago - hence the search. The “it” Heather did for me was a completely peaceful and connected experience. Her room made me want to take a nap the moment I walked in. The vibe was exactly what I was after and ***she identified the root of a shoulder issue I’ve been dealing with that has kept me out of the gym for months - and worked it in a way that led to more relief than I’ve had in that entire time***. I’ve only started my journey back to being well in this dynamic but I’m truly grateful that said journey will be at the hands of Heather.
Wonderful massage therapy. Peaceful environment and skilled massage therapist. Danna is highly effective at locating problem areas and working them out. I had a severely painful shoulder with restricted motion and she worked it out in two sessions. Highly recommend.
I got a massage last Friday from Madi at Relax Lab and it was probably the MOST relaxing experience of my life. She was very knowledgeable and addressed the tension I was holding while also bringing me a deep sense of peace to my mind and nervous system during the massage. I highly recommend and will make regular appointments with her.

Will does a great job of working your body. I wanted a lot of work on my back and legs and he exceeded my expectations. Also, he is super convenient to the 3 Marriott hotel on So. Broadway. I'll be back on future trips to Tyler. Great rates too.

Jessica’s Massage Spa is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is calm, welcoming, and you can tell they actually care. Super clean, peaceful, and just feels good to be there. My therapist knew exactly what they were doing..no rushed, fluffy massage. This was intentional, deep, and on point. Worked out spots I didn’t even realize were the problem.
