First appt at 10 am; Project Manager call around 9:45 and said he would be at the house by 10:30. Did not show up until 11:15 am. 2nd appt for informing customer of cost of the project set between 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Customer called Project Manager at 2:30 pm and he said he was not able to make it because of rain. Customer nixed deal with this company. Company lost approx $100,000 to $120,000 project.
Mikasa just finished a new kitchen for me. I had a difficult project where there had been prior damage & they used every bit of space and turned my nightmare into something beautiful. BEWARE! MIKASA had too much staff turn-over. LEO could not control staff. LEO took no responsibility for anything. LEO would say what was needed. SIX months and nothing done. Other subcontractors warned to stay away! Glad I did. Found Quality draftsman Builder and Subs at better cost and time savings. BUYER BEWARE.Services: General construction
