"Jason" expressed concern for my plumbing problem, and that really meant alot to me. He was very professional. He allowed me to choose how much I wanted done, and he had a book with him with printed prices of the different jobs. Again, that was important to me. He and his helper fixed the problem promptly. They were neat and left my home in clean condition. I will use them again.

If I had one word to describe my experience with Rudd it would be WOW. It all started with a call to them and speaking with Belinda. I have never dealt with a company or business treating me (the customer) with the level of respect and and compassion for my dilemma which was a hot water heater that needed replaced. Belinda gave me the peace of mind and was very attentive and listened and answered all of my questions. She then got me quickly on the schedule to have the guys come out (at no cost) and find out what was going on with my old water heater.
