I've been going here for about 4 or 5 years now and the last 5 times I've seen Cierra and she does magic with the clippers. I have not had one bad haircut since I've seen her. The environment is very relaxed and they always offer you a drink as soon as ur checked in, which Is nice. 10 out of 10

Cierra did a fantastic job cutting my longish mess of hair into a stylish medium length cut. The massage was fantastic, they listened and advised, the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Following my visit to Headquarters, I felt compelled to write a review. It is a rare thing for me to take such an initiative, yet here I am. I came in for a relaxation-oriented massage and left with an altered opinion of what a massage entails. Sam, Headquarters masseuse, elevated the experience to a level of transcendence. I have received many massages from several of the business in the Tyler area such a Jessica's, Massage Envy, Hand and Stone, and while each was notable in their own right, they pale in comparison to the knowledgeable hands of Sam.
