I went to Real Cuts in Grapevine after a friend recommended them and wanted to try something new. I came in not really knowing what I wanted, and the stylist (I don’t remember her name) was super patient the whole time and walked me through everything. She explained what would look best for me and made sure I was good with it before doing anything. The haircut came out clean and exactly what I needed.

Had to stop process of lash lift due to extreme burning and itching. Lash tint was then applied for max 5 mins. Paid full price for a service and time that was not completed which I understand is due to my discomfort, however I think the right thing to do would have been to discount the service even just slightly since I was in there for maybe 20/30 minutes and the process itself she stated would have been 45mins - 1hr. I paid full price, my eyes burn, and barely have a tint.

The spa is great. The staff is wonderful. However, I accidentally went during the CPAC event and no one warned us before booking. It was the first time I have ever been. The other patrons were so rude to the staff. I will definitely check ahead of time if there are conferences and what they are beforehand. I hope the customers aren't usually rude and was specific to this conference.
Jennifer did my makeup for my wedding day and was great to work with. I didn't have a formal bridal party, but she and her team did our moms, and sisters as well and everyone really enjoyed working with them. The most important thing in finding a HMU team for me was for finding someone who could work with different ethnicities as my family and my husbands family are diverse. Highly recommend.

Artisan did a great job! We needed epoxy coating an a porch floor. Another contractor refused the job over the phone because it was small & difficult. When I called Artisan, Dan answered the phone promptly & arranged to take a look the next day. He knew it was a tough project, but was willing to help me out & accepted the job and we had it scheduled in short order. He kept me informed as to when his crew would be there, with notification when they were on their way. He & his crew were diligent & certainly know their stuff. They explained the process fully and were done quickly, cleaning up thoroughly when they were done. The finished product is stunning. I'm not sure if any other contractor would have taken the project, much less doing such a great job. We are so pleased with the outcome & Dan and his crew!
We appreciated having Ron’s guidance through our entire floor replacement. He had great choices to choose from for the new floor at a price we felt was fair. His crew was very professional. They prepped our home well so that there wasn’t a mess of dust or other materials for us to clean after the job. Overall, we were happy to have the work done within a week, start to finish.
Our project came about from a kitchen water leak, so that meant some wall and trim repair also needed to be done. Ron and crew also handled this well. The paint work on the baseboards looks great despite the change in height of new floor material. This saved us a lot of money in the long run, with not having to replace the baseboards. I would recommend Ron and Texas First Floors to anyone.

His guys did a great job on both carpet and wood flooring. They were skilled, helpful, respectful, and did a great job! Penny at the Grapevine location is a dream to work with. She’s immensely knowledgeable and was able to beat my other quotes by over $4,000 (with a higher quality carpet to boot). The carpet crew was highly skilled and efficient (1000 sq ft in about 6 hours). I am 100% satisifed and cannot recommend them highly enough. Skip the national chains and use this local, family-owned company instead!

Squirrels have been having a field day with my 1990's pressed wood eves. Texas Home Improvements replaced them with new sturdy materials, painted and placed siding, window boxes, chimney and bonus room exteriors, spray-washed and finished. I started going to Dr Brown because of back issues. But for years, my feet have bothered me and I never dreamed going and getting an adjustment would cause my pain in my feet to go away. I had a foot doctor appointment scheduled and luckily was able to cancel it. I’ve already had 2 foot surgeries and thought I was going to have to get another but now since going to Dr Brown that won’t be necessary.
