“Very consistent instructors and practice with primarily 1 hour version of Bikram Hot yoga. Good class selection available on website and app works well. Staff and other members are friendly.<br><br>Only a 4 star for me as (1) the passes expire more quickly than I prefer and (2) pre-class quiet time doesn’t really happen, especially on the morning classes I have attended. Still the best around this area.”
“Alexandra is THE ONE. She has the sharpest eye for form I've ever seen. I had asked my coworkers if they knew trainers with experience in training severely obese people, because I've gotten hurt from other PT's and group training sessions. I needed help because my core was so weak, I gave myself lumbar disc pain trying to get back in shape at home.<br><br>She did a thorough assessment for free and when I decided to start training, she met me where I was at and never pushed me past boundaries. From there she helped me safely build strength to support my own weight in my work, and helped me regain confidence in my movement. I'm a massage therapist, which can be labor intensive.<br><br>Now I send her my clients that need functional strength, and she has helped even the most fragile people I've sent safely exercise to build strength and stability. “Galentine’s Day class on a Friday night was fun. Rhianna is an awesome teacher. Though Pilates can be telling to the limitations in your body she consistently encourages you through each section of the class. I’m impressed at her ability to teach a class of mixed levels from novice to intermediate with everyone experiencing a tolerably challenging yet rewarding workout.<br>#OneOfMyFavs ????”

Stephanie helped my husband and I prepare for everything with an unmedicated birth, and explained everything from the anatomy and basics of pregnancy and labor, the mental states and emotional support measures, to a detailed how-to on helping baby get out.<br><br>Will always be thankful to her for her expert guidance!”
“I have been a member at Inspire for over a decade and love the community and consistently top-notch instruction I have come to rely on from Inspire. Each class is uniquely creative and reflective of the individual teacher's style while holding true to the style of the class whether it is a hot vinyasa flow, a warm slow flow or a relaxing yin class. My son, who first learned to love yoga here but has since moved, always enjoys a return visit, saying the quality found in Inspire's classes is not easily matched in other studios in the metroplex. I am proud to call Inspire my home studio!”

“Fantastic yoga studio! Reasonable price and good location. They are private saunas, which is almost necessary with hot yoga, and a huge benefit that you can adjust the heat, light, and volume to your preference. It's so relaxing. If you're like me and want to be completely alone in the studio, you can switch classes if someone else books the same class. There are monitors that play the routine you select, and the instructors are wonderful and enduring. I feel like I know them personally. They switch them up ever so often so you don't get bored. It's always clean and smells good, they do great at keeping everything tidy and stocked and are responsive and friendly if you need help with anything. Sometimes it's a bit noisy during peak hours, but most people are pretty respectful of the 'quiet' atmosphere. I've been coming for years now and it's become my #1 non-negotiable self care routine. The only things that would make it better- paper towels in the bathrooms to dry hands - blowers are germ machines. And I'd also love if it were women only. There aren't many men patrons, but it's definitely awkward being scantily clad in yoga positions with men around. If they went ahead and made it female only, I'd never leave! If you're looking for a mentally and spiritually therapeutic way to stay healthy and fit, this is it.”

“Tricia is master of her art. Her studio is spotless and her equipment is very well maintained. The natural light and calm atmosphere is such a lovely place to focus in Pilates and quiet the mind. I highly recommend this studio for those serious about Pilates.”
“Love the remodel but the cable machine area is too crowded. The new area with the squat/multi use stations is never as crowded, id love to see a couple of those Matrix cable machines moved in to the new space.”

“I’ve been coming to this facility since 2022 and really enjoy my experience. I was new to the concept and after researching it, I was hooked. When I first started, I weighed around 230–235 pounds, and I’m now down to 190–195. The program truly works as long as you’re willing to commit and use it consistently.<br><br>The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Joe and Neisha do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and welcoming, and I always feel acknowledged when I walk in.<br><br>My only suggestions would be expanding the space if possible and encouraging clients to clean up after themselves instead of relying on staff to do it.<br><br>I’ve had and continue to have a great experience and highly recommend this location.”
