“No one knows how to fix your body better than Christy! For those that work out a lot and need that added Mobility, she is definitely the person for you. There are times when my hip flexors are insanely tight, or my shoulder feels stiff and she is able to fix it. I try to see her once a month, but sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow it. Would definitely recommend to anyone that works out a lot!“
