The spa is great. The staff is wonderful. However, I accidentally went during the CPAC event and no one warned us before booking. It was the first time I have ever been. The other patrons were so rude to the staff. I will definitely check ahead of time if there are conferences and what they are beforehand. I hope the customers aren't usually rude and was specific to this conference.

10 out of 10 this was the most relaxing spa I’ve ever been to. Very clean, the ambiance was very peaceful and comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and my masseuse Edith was hands down the best! She listened to my needs and work out every kink in my neck, back and shoulders. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

AMAZING SPA, we got gifted it and only had to cover gratuity which I believe is like 20% of the full price (about $80), parking will also cost you about $25, it was a great 50 minute massage, access to the sauna, steam room, pool and showers, It was well worth it!
