I went in for a follow-up today and from the time I walked in through my checkout, the service, appearance of the new clinic and reception was simply amazing. This clinic does a phenomenal job and they are very professional. I can't say enough on their appreciation of veterans and first responders. Many thanks to Jen at reception and my audiologist, Alexa. They truly are quite the team and show that they truly care for our health.

Everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Alexa did a thorough hearing evaluation and went over my results in great detail. It was a very informative session and learned so many things. I highly recommend them to check out what may be causing your hearing problems. They won’t push any hearing aids on you if you’re not ready and are supportive in your decision. They want to make sure you comfortable and happy with the hearing aids you are fitted with. The whole team is amazing from the front staff to the doctors and hearing specialists.
