I love this practice! The staff is professional and accommodating and I never have to wait long for our appt with an antsy dog! It's a huge improvement over our last vet, who had frequent staff turnover and rude front desk staff. Highly recommend!
Dr Steiner did surgery on our kitten and was careful with him due to a heart murmur. Everything came out well. Dr Shipp and Dr Steiner were both cautious with his mom, too. We're very thankful to have them available.
Whenever we visit, we are consistently impressed by the patience demonstrated by all the employees. Our girl, Maple, tends to be very reserved in interactions with others, yet they consistently perform an excellent job. Furthermore, appointments are consistently punctual, and our time spent at the location is always within a reasonable duration.
