“Had to stop process of lash lift due to extreme burning and itching. Lash tint was then applied for max 5 mins. Paid full price for a service and time that was not completed which I understand is due to my discomfort, however I think the right thing to do would have been to discount the service even just slightly since I was in there for maybe 20/30 minutes and the process itself she stated would have been 45mins - 1hr. I paid full price, my eyes burn, and barely have a tint.”
