Because of the professionalism, care of workmanship, clean up, kindness towards my elderly father, respect for our wants and needs, all with a watchful eye. We performed a modest outdoor patio remodel which required painting after construction. Gave THI a call and they were very responsive. The site visit and bid was quick and easy and the project manager, Ty provided great contract execution. The painter, Nick performed excellent service and did a great job. He was very attentive to keeping overspray and protection as a high priority - and performed like a champ during extreme hot weather. Finished product looks great while make the new patio extension blend seamlessly with the house. This is our second time in using THI and will do so again if necessary.
