Several reviews highlight the staff’s commitment to providing the best possible treatment, even in difficult circumstances like a pet needing to cross the rainbow bridge. Overall, the hospital’s exemplary care and compassionate staff earn high praise from pet owners in the community.
We loved our experience with AEHNT. I am a full-time petsitter, and had a dog show the beginning phases of a bloat/GDV episode. The staff was so amazing and didn't treat me like I was crazy with the symptoms that I presented to them.
The dog I brought is a protection dog who hates the vet. They provided me a muzzle to put on him in the car. Then they were so respectful of him, his space, and his boundaries. They didn't show fear or anxiety towards him.
They were sure to do thorough testing and reassured me that all was ok. They helped me to make informed decisions for my client.
I highly recommend them if you have an emergency.
We brought in a sick kitty and were met quickly and kindly by staff. We were talked through the process and given our options, and since this location cannot perform dental work, they recommended we go to a gp and did not charge us anything at all for their time. I would 100000% come back. Staff obviously cares a lot about the animals themselves and doing what’s best for them and their owners rather than squeezing every penny possible out of anybody. Everyone was so kind and so patient, I appreciate it so much.
The wait once you get to a room is a little long sometimes. Maybe depends on how emergent your case is, but otherwise the staff has been friendly each time and helped with our situations.
