“Larry responded quickly to my inquiry, and he quickly resolved the problem with our cooling unit's drain pan (removing some insulation that had gotten stuck in the drain). He attempted to blow out the line for the primary drain multiple times, but it will likely require a plumber to resolve. Larry explained the situation and also refused to accept payment, given it was a relatively small effort on his part and the issue was not fully resolved. He said "I don't like to do business that way," politely declining the payment - even though he'd used his time and energy to provide at least short term fix. High integrity, high quality. I'll come to Larry for my future HVAC needs!“
