    The door from my patio to my family room was leaking and the frame had rotted wood and mold. It was very unsightly. I bought a new door at Seconds and Surplus and they gave me a list of contractors who could pick it up and install it. I called Floors N Doors and explained my situation. They gave me a quote for the cost of the labor over the phone, including trim which I wanted, and scheduled the work within a week. Gerardo called me on his way. He arrived promptly, set up all his tools etc on my patio, and set to work. He had the door installed within a couple of hours and did a beautiful job! He cleaned up the worksite and was on his way.
