I was very impressed with Erica Mullen at Aspire Allergy And Sinus. I was a new patient experiencing symptoms that she diagnosed as an immune system reaction not an allergic reaction. She recommended an immunologist. That's when my troubles began the office staff at Allergy And Sinus don't make themselves very accessible. I need to have medical records transferred to the immunologist's office and their receptionist has tried a couple times and I have tried a couple times without success.
I am writing this review about 6 months after my surgery so I could share the results. I would say it is definitely worth it since I haven’t had a sinus infection since the surgery, before I was getting them every 3 months. The recovery time was longer than expected, I was not feeling well for a week and the first 12 hours after I was constantly bleeding. I was able to get with the after hours contact and they told me what to do and that helped. The morning of your surgery if you don’t have a super early appointment be ready to wait. I had an excellent experience at Aspire Allergy in Grapevine. I want to sincerely thank Erica and Zulem for their outstanding care and support. They went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance and quickly find an appointment, which made a huge difference for me.
I take a very expensive asthma injection, and they were able to work through my insurance, obtain the authorization, and ensure that my treatment was not delayed even one day. That level of dedication and efficiency truly meant so much to me.
