Dr. Sule did a fantastic job with my septoplasty, and the clinical outcome was great. However, the overall clinic experience was severely dragged down by Aspire's front-desk staff and their active enforcement of hostile third-party policies.
Rude, Bossy Staff & Unsanitary Intake Hygiene: The receptionist was condescending, rude, and bossy, barking out orders rather than treating patients with basic respect. To make matters worse, she was visibly licking her fingers to separate paper intake forms before handing the saliva-contaminated paperwork directly to me. Handing contaminated paperwork to a patient about to undergo invasive surgery is completely unacceptable.

I has issues with scheduling due to travel and a delay in getting my epibpen. Came to the Grapevine location and Habsa (I hope I spelled that right) was so kind and patient maneuvering through my busy calendar to get me set up for my cluster injections. She is a rock star!
I was very impressed with Erica Mullen at Aspire Allergy And Sinus. I was a new patient experiencing symptoms that she diagnosed as an immune system reaction not an allergic reaction. She recommended an immunologist. That's when my troubles began the office staff at Allergy And Sinus don't make themselves very accessible. I need to have medical records transferred to the immunologist's office and their receptionist has tried a couple times and I have tried a couple times without success.
