Wow the people at this clinic go above and beyond! Our pup just had a skin tag removal surgery and Grace at the front desk was so amazing with handling the pick up and drop of process. She is so sweet and had answers to all our questions. The rest of the staff here is also wonderful and they actually care! It’s our first time switching from Banfield to a city vet and we don’t regret it one bit. What an office full of sweet and nurturing people!

This was our first vet visit for our 6 week old puppy. I really liked the amount of time they spent with us going over all the things needed as a new pet owner. We have selected them fot all of our folliw up pet needs.

I love my vet! Dr. Thompson and the staff are compassionate, thorough, professional and personable. They communicate quickly and efficiently.We have been at Family Pet for over a decade. I appreciate their reasonable prices which are probably due to the no frills, but clean and comfortable office space.I highly recommend Family Pet of Grapevine to friends and family who complain of high prices and unnecessary tests and treatments.
