I came to Freeform in Colleyville because I was advised by my doctor they have the best decompression machine and techniques around. That is absolutely true. Dr. Fant developed a plan for me which included an adjustment, exercises & decompression every session along with periodic reviews of my progress. Dr. Fant asked me to exercise at home also. My plan is working much better than I ever expected. I've been able to significantly reduce my pain and as a result cut back my pain meds.

Wonderful massages that are very relaxing and therapeutic. Over the past couple of months, I've seen Perla and Mena. Both ladies do a fantastic Thai massage with amazing stretching. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I will definitely be a regular here!

Not enough stars! I started seeing Sandy about five months ago after being severely injured by two days worth of an FQ antibiotic. I could barely walk, developed tremors, neuropathy, tendonitis literally everywhere, muscle weakness, balance issues, food and medication sensitivities... Granted I've still got a lot of healing to do, but of all the things I've tried to treat this, Sandy has been the absolute biggest help. Some days I'd barely make it in the door, hobbling on a cane, and after a session I'd walk out almost not needing the cane. The massages are top notch, but the energy work is phenomenal. She's very kind and caring and really takes the time to understand what's going on. I can tell her genuine primary focus is helping people. I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone.

I have had 2 full body deep tissue massages here. The 2nd one really got the knots out of my shoulders as I am a master gardener and had been planting a lot of spring plants in my garden. It was an enormous relief on my body after. This man was a gifted masseuse!

I LOVE MY EYEBROWS! I get compliments about them every single day, no matter where I go! I got my eyebrows done by Sade on 8/29/23. It is now 9/24/23, and I am soooo in love with them. I want to start this review off by saying how professional she is. That is the first thing I look for in any establishment! She is professional, licensed, and takes her work seriously. I appreciate how quick and efficient she is. Furthermore, I appreciate all recommendations given to me regarding my eyebrows. On 9/23, I texted Sade & asked if she'd be able to do powdered ombre eyebrows for me. As you can see from the pictures provided, the last lady who did my eyebrows used a color with a red undertone (don't come for me.I didn't know any better at the time). Furthermore, as pictured, you can definitely see that the last lady who did my eyebrows left me with a scar on my eyebrow. Sade took her time analyzing the pictures and asked me to come in to see if she could work with me. The next day, I went for a consult. She took her time analyzing my eyebrows and even told me that if she could not work with my eyebrows, she would refer me to somebody else who could (I love that she is not greedy with her business and truthful)! It was determined that she could work on my brows. Sade had her work cut out for her... not only were my eyebrows the wrong color, faded, and scarred, but they were also uneven from the last lady I went to (don't get me wrong, I know that our faces are not symmetrical, but that don't mean the last lady had to follow the natural eyebrow, she could have helped even them out!). Sade took her time mapping out my eyebrows and even made sure to ask me whether or not I was content with the shape. Prior to tattooing my eyebrows, she made sure to explain the process, what I would most likely feel, how to communicate if I was in pain (it doesn't hurt), and even explained her numbing procedure (she scratches the surface with the tattoo gun prior to applying the numbing cream so that it penetrates and the client feels it less). During the tattoo process, I was so comfortable that I fell asleep! After my eyebrows were completed, she went to a well lit mirror and looked at them with me, she even asked if I'd like her to fix anything! My satisfaction was the only thing that she cared about! She then sent me home with a whole aftercare kit for my eyebrows which included written directions on how to care for my brows, as well as covers for my brows while I shower. Her process is thorough and you can tell that she takes her job seriously and loves her job. She is very personable as well as over prepared (e.g., the head lamp that she wears while doing brows was low on power- she simply switched it out for another one that was right beside her). I am more than satisfied with my brows, and I recommend everybody to her. I am so satisfied, that I took a class on how to do ombre eyebrows with her. If you are looking to get your eyebrows done, do not hesitate..... I'm telling you....you won't be disappointed!!!!! The only thing I'd like for others to consider is the healing process. Just trust the process.... Sade explained the color that she would be using on me, and I freaked out a bit because I thought it would be too dark. Immediately after getting your eyebrows done, they will be dark....but you have to keep in mind that it is a tattoo....and just like any other tattoo, it NEEDS TO HEAL. Once it is healed, the color is PERFECT. If you are looking to take a class on ombre eyebrows, she is the person to go to. She provides her students with a whole kit, which includes the tattoo gun and "skins" to practice on. She teaches you the technique, helps you obtain clientele, & even walks you through the licensing procedure. She is well prepared and sends out emails with a to-do checklist weeks before the class. She also refers her clientele to people that she has trained. She is a wonderful business mentor.
Eleanor is so much more than a hair stylist… she’s a warm person who you want to spill your life to while you are in that chair! I drive up here from Austin to continue having her company and to do my hair, which people still think is my natural color!!! ?
Cayla is a hair whisperer. I've never had a cut from her that wasn't perfect. She listens to what you want and does exactly that.
The building and suites are very nice, and the area is lovely, too.
There's some construction around the building, but you can still get in and out, just pay attention so you don't miss the entrance.

I've been going to get my hair done with Tocco for close to a decade (give or take) and she ALWAYS exceeds my expectations, even when I give her free reign over my head. I've gotten to know most of the staff at this location (in the spa) and they are all welcoming, sweet, polite, and want to make sure that your experience in the spa is top tier, even if they're not who you are seeing that day.
I recommend Tocco to friends, family, and strangers all the time and will continue to refer to this spa for all the years to come.

I hired Foster's Construction & Roofing for a full exterior renovation on my home in Bedford TX and they did an outstanding job! I hate going to the dentist because it is always so painful. My last dentist was horrible and a billing nightmare. This place is wonderful. I walked in and it smelled lovely. The lady that cleaned my teeth and the dentist were both very thorough and gentle.

Steve Dotson is awesome. He use the Piezo wave therapy on my elbow for my chronic tennis elbow and I felt immediate relief. Will definitely continue to see him for chiropractic adjustments and injury related needs.

As a former athlete, and someone who’s in the gym and always moving, it’s wildly important to see a chiropractor. I cannot state that enough.
This weekend, I tweaked my back out of alignment for what feels like the millionth time in the last month, but this time it was different. Incredibly painful. I could barely walk. Sitting was horrible. Laying down was hardly any better. Moving and stretching helped, but the misalignment in my L5 (low back) specifically wasn’t going away without help.
Normally I would go see my chiropractor at home, but we’re in Fort Worth visiting family, so I was tolerating it as best I could. Tylenol, stretching, resting. Until this morning when I spasm put me on the floor and my wife had to literally help me up.
After doing some research and searching, I decided to visit Advanced Chiropractic & Sports Care, and work with Doctor Connors. I’m extremely skeptical of seeing a new chiropractor, just because so many are afraid to put their hands on their patients and adjust what needs to be adjusted. Many just go through the motions and don’t address your actual issue.
Doctor Connors was NOT that type of chiropractor. I walked in, utterly miserable. I walked out nearly crying in relief and after talking to him a bit, will be going home with a few to-do’s for my own health. 11/10. Could not recommend him enough if you’re in the Fort Worth area.
Dr. Grantland is AMAZING! I had been to an orthopedic, PT twice, a pain management center, a neurologist and no one could help my pain. After two sessions with Dr. Grantland, I finally felt some relief and as I continued to go, I got back to normal! I have begged her not to ever retire because I need her for the rest of my life!

Of course we came to follow up with our regular vet here at Colleyville Animal Clinic. Always great service with the front desk and the vet answers all our questions, especially when we need to make a decision on how to proceed in the future.
