“UPDATE:I’m updating my review from two stars to five stars because the manager reached out to me personally within one hour of leaving this review and messaging the business, and offered me a free 30 minute massage with her to make up for my bad experience. I had paid and tipped for a one hour massage but I appreciated her trying to make it right. Coco was AMAZING and I will definitely go back to see her and only her. Thank you Coco. I appreciate a manager who cares about their business and puts customers first!I had appointment and came in for a full body massage. I’m certainly understanding of a language barrier but my therapist (I use that word loosely) understood and spoke zero English so she couldn’t understand what I wanted. I had expressed on the phone I specifically wanted someone to work on my neck and hands and she did neither. She worked on my neck for maybe two minutes when she hastily flipped me over at the end even though I had asked several times for her to please work on my neck. A good therapist knows how to space out a massage so they have time for everything. I also asked for hands and feet and got neither. Literally didn’t even massage my feet at all and this is a reflexology place?! She was super nice as was the lady on the phone but communication is key in massage and I did not get what I asked for or paid for. It seemed like I was just stuck with someone who had no clue what they were doing. I am looking for a good therapist and would be a loyal customer. This place has great reviews and I was hopeful. Very disappointed.“

“I'm going back sooner than later! Don't let the name mislead you. They offer massages not just feet/reflexology. Firm pressure that worked out my knots. I feel better today (a day after the 1 hour massage) than I have in a while. This isn't a fancy spa but I'll trade a true full hour of a great massage than all the fluff before and after. I'm going to try the reflexology too.“

“Very clean location on the inside. Outside is typical old Lewisville shopping center (could use some refreshing, the whole shopping center).Massage was very good. Worked over areas that needed attention and left feeling refreshed and without pain. Price is on par with other local places ($70/hr). There is a small extra charge for using credit card instead of cash which seems to the standard for these places these days. That's fine. Just treat cash as the discounted rate.“

Also the best massage ever, Susan was amazing! Very therapeutic with perfect technique. His style, if you choose, is a Chinese acupressure full-body hot stone massage with deep tissue pressure. She also offers traditional foot massages. There are also couple rooms, suitable for all couples. Also for me and my husband, I hope all the massages to try Susan's therapy is spot on. Also the strong penetration is very good, I have been doing massages for over 20 years and her massages are really good.“
