I’ve been getting my hair cut from Cynthia at Rusty Clipper and other places she worked at for over 10 years. The attention to detail is second to none. When I have had to get another cut somewhere else while being out of town for work, it’s always the worst experience. But Cynthia always cleans it back up when I get home. If you’re looking for someone who will make you look like the best you possible then come get a cut from her. Her customers are loyal for a reason. Shes the best!!!
