Go see Dr. Shim for TMJ, poor circulation, stress, poor sleepI originally started going to Dr. Shim for my TMJ but I have benefitted in many ways. After seeing Dr. Shim my TMJ pain is almost non-existent. I still can not open my mouth wide but headaches and neck aches are now mild. I suffered from cold intolerance and now my circulation is great! I don't need socks in bed anymore and I am not cold all the time. I don't feel like I am freezing in public settings anymore. I have had trauma and had EMDR but I still had elevated stress levels but now my baseline stress level is zero! WOW! I suffered with sciatica pain for 15 years! Dr. Shim has removed all my pain with just a few treatments of acupuncture. I have searched for relief over the years, going to different orthopedic doctors, rounds of physical therapy, and injections in my spine to no avail.Dr. Shim is very professional and if you have adverse reactions to needles as I do, I can attest to not feeling the needles! It feels like he is lightly tapping my skin!.I highly recommend Dr. Shim! Whatever pain you have, definitely set up a consultation and get started. There is no reason to live with pain as I did for so long!!

Dr Shim and his staff are amazing, courteous, and professional. His acupuncture, cupping, and stretching treatments for my lower back pain have enabled me to function much better and avoid surgery. Highly recommend.
