When an air conditioner broke during hot weather, John found a way to fit the customer in even though he was leaving on vacation the next day. He explained exactly what was going on and why, and even told many things to do ourselves to help maintain the unit better. He was right on time, fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes, and did not try to up-sell anything. His prices are very reasonable compared to other companies. John is always very happy and pleasant, responds quickly, and takes care of problems professionally and efficiently. He has a gentle personality and professional answers at a reasonable cost. He is one of the best HVAC techs. The outstanding customer service led by John has earned Air Control numerous awards and recognition. Highly recommended for any heating or air issue, emergencies, and routine maintenance. John knows how to cool down a house in Texas heat.
