We have been using Sailor's for a long time. They have done a lot of work for us, and it has been top notch every time. They didn't install the system, but they have maintained and serviced since they were Dandys. Our capacitor went out last week; we called them at 9. Steve and Morgan were here by 11. Cannot speak highly enough about these two. Very thorough, and knowledgeable. Took care of everything and had us cooling down in no time. They care about their customers and make sure everything is handled to satisfaction. 10 of 10 will always recommend Sailors.
We were having cooling issues with our Air Conditioning during this hot weather. We called Sailor’s Air and Plumbing to come out and do a system check. Their tech, Morgan Thomas communicated when he was on his way and arrived at the appointment time. He was great! He went over our system from top to bottom. He went above and beyond in my opinion when he cleaned the outside condenser. After the diagnostic was finished, he sat down and communicated what he found out. He was able to give us several options to make our system work more efficiently. I would definitely recommend Sailor’s Air and Plumbing for anyone looking for help for an AC issue. Ask for Morgan.
Tyrece did a very good job, showed up on times, made sure everything was cleaned up and my AC is set for another year! He found some leaks and blew out the line and was so wonderful when he did it !
