After our hot water heater blew and we couldn’t get the previous company we’d worked with to even consider coming out on a weekend, and then trying another company that literally advertises “same day hot water heater replacement”, I fortunately found Josh. He answered immediately on a Sunday morning, had someone out a couple of hours later to provide a temporary fix, and had the unit replaced by Monday.But where this company REALLY stood out is we had an issue that was difficult to diagnose, and didn’t necessarily make a lot of sense that it might have been connected to the hot water heater. Instead of blowing us off like so many others would have, he stayed just as responsive, and sent out an electrician TWICE to ensure the problem was resolved, which in fact had nothing to do with the service he’d provided rather it was a bad circuit breaker. That is absolute next level service, and as such he’s the only person we will use in the future.We didn’t have to go through a contact center, I could communicate with him in my preferred methodology (text), and he didn’t charge for either the initial service appointment or other of the follow ups which he would have been well within his rights to do and frankly I expected him to do so.You just don’t find folks like this any more.
